The Reverse Supply Chain Sourcing Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic sourcing, procurement, and management of LED based materials and products in the reverse supply chain. This role focuses on maximizing the value recovery from returned, recycled, and refurbished signage, and ensuring a streamlined process for managing reverse logistics. The individual will collaborate with various stakeholders across logistics, supply planning, engineering, and suppliers to drive efficiencies, reduce costs, and meet sustainability goals.  

  

**What you'll do  

  

Sourcing Strategy**

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for materials and components recovered through reverse logistics
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and optimize reuse of products, parts, and materials

Supplier Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers of returned, recycled, and refurbished products
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while ensuring compliance with quality, delivery, and sustainability standards
  • Support development of new supplier capabilities as needed

Cost Optimization

  • Analyze reverse logistics and sourcing costs to identify savings opportunities
  • Lead initiatives to re-engineer returned products for global resale or reuse
  • Implement packaging strategies to increase yield from returned LED signage

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Collaborate with inventory control and warehouse teams to manage returned goods
  • Ensure proper storage, packaging, classification, and tracking of reusable LED components

Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies in the reverse supply chain and recommend solutions
  • Deploy systems and tools to monitor performance of reverse logistics processes

Sustainability & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations in all reverse sourcing activities
  • Develop programs to reduce waste and extend product lifecycle

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with operations, engineering, sales, and finance teams to align on reverse supply chain goals
  • Analyze product return rates and recommend refurbishment strategies to reduce downtime

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track KPIs related to reverse logistics, sourcing, and cost recovery
  • Provide regular reports and performance insights to senior management

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, project management or reverse logistics.
  • Proven track record in sourcing and managing supplier relationships, particularly in a reverse supply chain or sustainability-focused environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and operational efficiency is a plus.

Pay Range

$110,324 - $204,887 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

  • Experiencia en QA demostrada: de 3 a 5 años de experiencia profesional en QA del software, con especial énfasis en pruebas de sistemas complejos, integraciones y canalizaciones de datos.
  • Especialización en automatización de pruebas: experiencia demostrable en el diseño, desarrollo y mantenimiento de frameworks y scripts de pruebas automatizadas (p. ej., con C#, Python, Java o similar).
  • Capacidad técnica: amplios conocimientos de SDLC, metodologías de QA, pruebas de API (RESTful), conceptos de bases de datos (SQL/NoSQL) y prácticas de CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, Docker).
  • Aptitudes analíticas y de resolución de problemas: excelente capacidad para analizar requisitos complejos, identificar riesgos y casos extremos, solucionar problemas y pensar de forma crítica sobre sistemas novedosos de pruebas.
  • Actitud de adaptabilidad y aprendizaje: ganas de aprender y aplicar nuevos conceptos, sobre todo en lo relacionado con las pruebas de IA/ML, gráficos de conocimientos y técnicas avanzadas de automatización.
  • Excelente comunicación y trabajo en equipo: capacidad para colaborar de forma eficaz en un equipo ágil y multidisciplinario y para comunicar conceptos técnicos con claridad.

Recomendable tener:

  • Experiencia probando sistemas impulsados con IA/ML, conocimiento de conceptos como la validación de modelos, la detección de sesgo o las pruebas de explicabilidad.
  • Experiencia en herramientas o metodologías de pruebas basadas en modelos (MBT).
  • Experiencia en pruebas en el entorno del motor de Unity o pruebas de herramientas de desarrollo de juegos.
  • Conocer bien los sistemas de gestión de conocimientos (KM), las bases de datos de gráficos (como Neo4j) o las pruebas de la funcionalidad de búsqueda semántica.

Job Requirements

  • Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
  • Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
  • Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues.
  • Complete Pre-Site Surveys, follow a schedule, and perform service activities assigned.

About the Role

As Senior Mechanical Design Engineer you will develop design solutions for interior systems from concept phase through physical implementation utilizing multiple manufacturing processes. Interior sub-systems include seating, beds, interior trim, storage and kitchen consoles, flooring and interior partitions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute mechanical designs for vehicle interior fittings, seating and convertible bed systems, and interior trim, from conception through prototyping and production, selecting manufacturing technologies well matched to program volumes and in line with vehicle cost and performance targets.
  • Develop and release design data and documentation to adequately specify subsystem content at RFQ, prototype and production release phases.
  • Support selection of suppliers and act as primary contact for vehicle interior component suppliers through the DFM, prototyping, and production readiness phases.
  • Plan and carry out component and subsystem level testing to validate designs and identify opportunities for design improvement throughout the phases.
  • Provide input into, and support the execution of system and vehicle level testing as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS mechanical/aerospace engineering or similar (MS preferred)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience designing and engineering similar products, taking them from concept to production manufacturing, ideally in a lower volume environment
  • Relevant prior experience in automotive or aerospace design/engineering, including interior trim, seating, BIW, or aero cabin monument design
  • Familiarity with DFM for one or more of the following: sheet metal, molded parts, CNC machined components, honeycomb panel construction
  • Solid working knowledge of a 3D CAD system, ideally Catia V5 or 3DX Catia (NX or SolidWorks are also considered)

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Solution Architect, System Analyst or Product Owner in E-commerce, FinTech, iGaming industry

  • iGaming experience is a strong advantage

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop data-informed products

  • Skilled in translating business needs into features and product improvements

  • A quick learner, active listener, and clear communicator with strong presentation skills

  • Experience with general security technologies, processes, and concepts.

  • Familiarity with marketing and advertising is desirable.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Business Information Systems (BIS) by serving as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the delivery team(s). You will be responsible for understanding business needs, prioritizing requirements, and documenting bugs or defects identified as a result of an investigation into a user query, using applicable software development management tools. This role requires strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to effectively translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Develop a partnership with stakeholders across various departments to gather and prioritize business requirements.
  • Thought partner with Application Owner to prioritize User Stories, Bugs, and enhancements, based on business value.
  • Collaborate with the application owner and business stakeholders to create and manage a product backlog that accurately reflects the most current business priorities.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert for compliance processes, work closely with development teams, provide clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Partner with project managers, developers, and QA teams to plan and coordinate product releases.
  • Provide input to processes across the compliance team regarding test strategies to support UAT for planned enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to complete UAT promptly, supporting production releases.
  • Manage full-cycle queries from within the compliance function and from other users interacting with compliance systems. This includes identifying and resolving test problems with engineering, compliance, and regulatory agencies.
  • Support implementing process measurement by comparing operational system data to Signavio processes.
  • Support release management, including risk assessment and contingency planning.
  • Interact with various stakeholders from across the business, attend meetings and present ideas, and help develop solutions

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent, preferred.
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in finding solutions to process/technical issues.
  • Business Analysis certification, such as IIBA or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) is preferred.
  • Experience with software development lifecycles and multiple releases of enterprise-class software products.

  • Manage Game Releases: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of game releases to ensure they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
