We are on the lookout for a Director, Product Management (Consumer, Content) to be the driving force behind unmatched excellence in the content we use and display to enable the best customer experiences on the app as well as empower the ecosystem with enrichment of content. You will lead and grow a team of Product Managers, partnering with Engineering, Data Science, Central QC team, Vendor team, and our global brand teams - defining what a great Customer Experience looks like.

At Delivery Hero, you’ll shape the global consumer experience for millions of users.The content team sits within Global Product Strategy, shaping the global consumer experience for millions of users across our worldwide portfolio of platforms (FoodPanda, Pedidos Ya, Woowa, Yemeksepeti, Foodora, Talabat, HungerStation, eFood, and Glovo). Our work has a direct impact on how we attract and retain customers, creating data-driven, personalized interactions that keep them coming back.

What You’ll Do

  • Define comprehensive vision & long term roadmap for content on a global scale: Set strategy for customer-facing content (Images, Dish/Item Name, Description, Meta data, User-Generated Content) and enrichment of the ecosystem (to Vendors, Logistics, Search & Discovery, etc) to prioritize high-impact workstreams.
  • Evaluate and drive scalable tech solutions: Proactively scout AI technologies as well as efficient and effective operational solutions to solve problems.
  • Cross-functional Leadership and Alignment as an end-to-end owner: Rally cross-functional partners - Engineering, Data, UX, Commercial, global brand product teams, and vendor team - behind a common roadmap and phased rollout plan. Serve as a hands-on leader, tackling critical issues and removing obstacles to keep momentum.
  • Own commercial impact: Tie every project to clear business KPI’s - GMV lift, conversion, improvements, cost efficiencies - and report the ROI to senior leadership. Define key metrics to review daily/weekly, experiment and iterate to generate impact.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years product management experience, with experience using ML/AI focused solutions
  • 5+ years building product & leading multiple teams
  • Track record of roll-up-your-sleeves problem-solving, anticipating and ready to tackle difficult challenges
  • Demonstrated product vision in ambiguous environments, forming a strong opinion on priorities, vision, and roadmap
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with a bias for action; comfortable defining new metrics, goals, and iterating quickly in ambiguous environments
  • Technical proficiency to evaluate emerging AI technologies with ambitious yet realistic goals
  • Superb communication skills in English (spoken & written)

This position is in the Tulsa, OK facility and will report directly to the Manager of Warehouse and Logistics. The Shipping Supervisor oversees all aspects of domestic and international shipping operations. This role ensures timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and customer service. The supervisor leads a team of logistics personnel and coordinates with carriers, customs brokers, and internal departments to streamline shipping workflows.

This has been designated as a safety-sensitive job because it involves performing one or more tasks/duties that could reasonably affect the safety and health of the employee performing the task(s) or others.

What You'll Do

  • Direct and monitor all functions and activities of the logistics department.
  • Perform duties in alignment with the Logistics Supervisor role and company standards.
  • Recommend, implement, and maintain logistics policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Keep the Manager of Warehouse and Logistics informed of departmental activities, accomplishments, and challenges.
  • Generate and analyze performance reports daily, weekly, monthly, and annually to identify trends and drive improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of FedEx, UPS, and other freight carriers’ digital platforms.
  • Efficiently book shipments, track deliveries, and research logistics data using carrier-specific systems.
  • File and manage freight claims for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with carrier representatives to expedite issue resolution and optimize service levels.

Customer & Technical Service

  • Perform scheduled tasks, preventative maintenance (PM), break/fix repairs, and system diagnostics on-site.

  • Investigate and resolve complex system faults, and perform required repair work.
  • Respond promptly and authoritatively to service calls to meet customer expectations and SLA requirements.

  • Accurately collect and report all activities using Aristocrat’s field service management tools.
  • Ensure real-time data entry and 100% accuracy of service records, tasks, and inventory.
  • Record all part usage and ensure returns are completed as per ATA's SLA and compliance standards.
  • Assist with internal service reporting and respond to departmental requests when required.

Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) & Compliance

  • Understand and align with Company and venue WHS policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all employees, visitors, and contractors.
  • Follow accident/incident/near miss processes and conduct investigations as required.
  • Ensure all activities align with Company, legislative, and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Electrical registration and working permit with NZEWRB preferred but not mandatory
  • Minimum 2 years, experience in electrical gaming machine servicing and repairs preferred
  • Electro-mechanical service experience
  • Background or qualifications in computer support and/or computer network systems.
  • Must be physically capable of handling heavy equipment
  • Ability to work in NZ/Work permit
  • Proven problem-solving ability and ability to Adapt quickly to changing demands.
  • Ability to contributes ideas for change and process improvement from own experience
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently across multiple customer sites.
  • Proficient in using mobile devices and field service applications for reporting.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed.
  • Monday - Friday 08:30 - 5pm availability with on-call duties from Monday to Sunday.
  • Willingness to travel outside of Auckland and stay overnight to support other teams.

You are not a traditional CSM. You’re a Partner Success Engineer, someone who thrives at the intersection of APIs, customer outcomes, and channel growth. You have a strong technical foundation and are comfortable running demos, guiding architecture discussions, and helping customers integrate AI-driven solutions into their workflows. You’re equally skilled at reading a room, building trust with executives, and uncovering growth opportunities that come from technical adoption. As a Partner Success Engineer, you will nurture and grow relationships with strategic customers and technology partners, leading initiatives that drive joint adoption, enablement, and measurable business outcomes. You will be pivotal in aligning partner strategies with Deepgram’s roadmap and strategy, ensuring both Deepgram and our partners achieve shared success.  

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and scale best practices, processes, and tools for partner success management.
  • Act as a technical expert and strategic advisor to strategic partners, engaging directly with developers, engineers, and executives to align business goals with technical solutions.
  • Build, nurture, and sustain partner/customer relationships across all personas interacting with Deepgram (from developers, program managers to CIOs, CTOs, and other C-level stakeholders).
  • Conduct regular on-site visits with partners, work hands-on to drive adoption, and actively embed Deepgram into their workflows
  • Own and manage the full partner lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, technical enablement, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Focus on making Deepgram successful in the partner ecosystem; ensuring products are integrated, enabled, and adopted effectively, applying best practices, reference architectures, and creative solutions to drive outcomes.
  • Continuously operate in discovery mode, surfacing issues, deeply understanding their complexity and business impact, and translating them into actionable requirements for internal teams.
  • Confidently run live product demos, guide architecture discussions, and troubleshoot L1-style issues, bridging the gap between technical support, solutions design, and commercial growth.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Deepgram APIs, integrations, and AI/ML technologies.
  • Leverage AI to amplify your impact; be an expert in how you can apply AI to drive customer outcomes, surface insights, and improve internal systems.
  • Proactively identify & scope opportunities for expansion (cross-sell, upsell, multi-product adoption), partnering with Sales.
  • Proactively initiate and lead executive business reviews, joint planning sessions, and strategy workshops to stay ahead of risks, ensure alignment, and surface opportunities for growth.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product roadmap, GTM strategy, and even the internal tools and processes we build to support customers.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (adoption, usage, health, satisfaction, expansion, and overall revenue impact).
  • Lead issue resolution and serve as an escalation point for complex, cross-functional partner matters, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.

  It’s Important To Us That You Have

  • 7–10+ years in Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, and/or Enterprise Customer Success (with strong technical focus), at innovative, API-driven technology companies (developer-first, developer tools, or emerging AI/tech)
  • A proven track record in roles that blend customer engagement with technical expertise, navigating between solution design, technical problem-solving, and commercial growth.
  • Hands-on experience with running product demos, POCs, or technical workshops with enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated success identifying expansions, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities in complex enterprise accounts.
  • Strong technical aptitude: able to discuss APIs, developer workflows, and troubleshoot basic L1-style support questions (no coding required, but must be fluent in technical conversations)
  • Experience engaging across technical teams (developers, architects, support) and executive buyers (CIO, CTO, VP Engineering, etc.). Demonstrated success building strong relationships and delivering key business outcomes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills, with proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders (including executives, technical teams, and sales).
  • A strong sense of ownership and stewardship for your customers, and a keen focus on developing a strong personal brand.
  • A strong understanding of partner ecosystems, channel business models (resale, referral, integrations, co-marketing, co-selling), and multi-party commercial dynamics.
  • Experience building new processes from the ground up.
  • Experience building or scaling a customer success or channel program.

We’re seeking a skilled and creative UI Artist to join one of our Innovation Lab titles. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Art Lead and Product teams to craft high-quality, intuitive, and visually engaging user interfaces that elevate the player experience.

We are hiring a Pre-sales Solutions Engineer in APAC to win complex technical evaluations, design clear solution paths, and drive repeatable adoption for strategic accounts. Our strategic Account Executives do not hand off their customers after the first sale, so you will partner long term across discovery, POC, production launch, and expansion.   • Based in an APAC time zone with strong overlap to customer business hours across East Asia, Southeast Asia, and ANZ.

Your First 90 Days

Ramp approach for this role Ramping mirrors the Solutions Architect plan, with explicit ticket work and earlier support for strategic Account Executives. In the first weeks you will pick up low-risk customer tickets to learn our systems and support flow, then progress to pre-sales escalations tied to active evaluations.

First 30 days

  • Ramp on Deepgram’s product surface area, platform APIs, SDKs, evaluation methodology, and security review materials.
  • Shadow strategic discovery and POC calls across APAC time zones.
  • Triage and resolve low-risk tickets with a Solutions Architect or Support partner. Focus on reproductions, log and trace collection, SDK setup issues, and clear notes and handoffs.
  • Publish one internal field guide that clarifies a common APAC pre-sales topic (for example data residency, telephony capture, or evaluation metrics).

By day 60

  • Own two evaluations end to end with defined success criteria and timelines.
  • Serve as the named technical partner for one or two strategic AEs. Run weekly technical deal reviews and prepare objection-handling packs.
  • Take point on higher-signal tickets related to your evaluations, coordinating fast fixes with Product, Engineering, and Support.
  • Deliver one live demo that becomes a reusable asset for the region. Pair with a Solutions Architect on a production launch to learn handoffs and escalation paths.

By day 90

  • Act as the primary pre-sales technical owner for several opportunities and expansions within strategic accounts.
  • Close at least one complex technical win with a measurable impact on revenue.
  • Lead one customer architecture workshop that documents a reference plan for production rollout or expansion.
  • Convert repeated ticket patterns into a runbook, sample, or accelerator and present a short readout on the impact.

We’re looking for a skilled and imaginative UI Animator to help bring our Innovation Lab titles to life—adding motion, clarity, and expression to the player experience. In this role, you’ll collaborate with UI/UX designers, game artists, and developers to transform static mockups into engaging, polished in-game animations that enhance usability and elevate visual appeal.

You’ll be responsible for animating UI elements, 2D characters, and environments, and for ensuring smooth implementation in Unity. This role sits at the intersection of design, storytelling, and tech—where performance, aesthetics, and gameplay meet.
