Zakres obowiązków

• Definiowanie i realizacja wizji produktu, strategii oraz planu działania dla naszych aplikacji, zgodnie z ogólnymi celami firmy i potrzebami klientów.
• Prowadzenie badań rynkowych, analizowanie trendów branżowych oraz zbieranie opinii klientów w celu znalezienia możliwości innowacji i zróżnicowania produktu.
• Ścisła współpraca z zespołami międzydziałowymi, takimi jak inżynieria, rozwój i CRM, w celu zapewnienia bezproblemowej integracji funkcji produktu.
• Nadzorowanie cyklu życia produktu od generowania pomysłów po wprowadzenie na rynek, zapewniając terminowe dostarczanie wysokiej jakości wydań.
• Pielęgnowanie i utrzymywanie wszechstronnej wiedzy na temat naszych docelowych użytkowników, ich potrzeb i zachowań, wykorzystując wnioski do podejmowania decyzji produktowych.
• Ścisła współpraca z projektantami UX/UI i innymi Menedżerami Produktu w celu tworzenia intuicyjnych i angażujących interfejsów oraz doświadczeń użytkownika.

• Minimum 3-letnie doświadczenie w zarządzaniu produktami, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem aplikacji mobilnych.
• Udokumentowana historia skutecznego kierowania rozwojem i wprowadzaniem na rynek produktów aplikacyjnych od pomysłu do realizacji.
• Silne umiejętności rozwiązywania problemów i zdolność przekształcania wniosków opartych na danych w konkretne ulepszenia produktów.
• Wysokie umiejętności komunikacyjne i współpracy, zdolność do efektywnej współpracy z zespołami interdyscyplinarnymi i klientami.

We are in search of a hardworking, customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our upbeat team in Field Operations. As a Field Service Technician for Aristocrat Gaming, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, converting, installing, maintaining, repairing, and removing gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers with little assistance. You will bring immediate value to the organization by ensuring the seamless operation of our customers’ gaming facilities through timely and efficient technical support.

This is an entry-level position. You will complete a robust, hands-on, and virtual training program throughout your first 6 months.

What You’ll Do

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
• Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues.

The incumbent will assist the Systems Engineers & Senior Systems Engineers with ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of all Aristocrat Information Systems that support core business functions. We are seeking an Engineer with a strong emphasis on cloud operations and application deployment.  The role requires a deep understanding of IAM, user account management and application deployment life cycle combined with hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT infrastructures.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading deployments, optimizing system performance, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of IT systems.

• Lead design and implementation of scalable, reliable infrastructure and applications aligned with business goals.

What We're Looking for

• Position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent IT tertiary qualification.
• Requires five to seven years of Information Technology/Network/System Administration experience or its equivalent.

• Más de 5 años de experiencia en selección, con al menos 1 año en selección interna dentro de una empresa global o de rápido crecimiento.

Our Field Service Operations team is responsible for providing technical support to drive the success of our customers at Aristocrat Gaming. We are in search of a hardworking, customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our upbeat team in Field Operations. As a Field Service Technician for Aristocrat Gaming, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, converting, installing, maintaining, repairing, and removing gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers with little assistance. You will bring immediate value to the organization by ensuring the flawless operation of our customers’ gaming facilities through timely and efficient technical support.

This is an entry-level position. You will complete a robust, hands-on, and virtual training program throughout your first 6 months.

​

What You’ll Do

​

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
• Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues.
• Complete Pre-Site Surveys, follow the schedule, and perform service activities assigned.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow the parts inventory process.
• Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation.
• Report on trends, needs, and service challenges.
• Review pre-install documents to determine if parts will be needed to complete the installation.
• Gather and report accurately on service activities by using field service management reporting tools.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
