Senior Product Designer (Remote)

 •
Conveyor
United States
1-50

Conveyor is the leading generative AI-powered platform that automates and scales the most tedious parts of the sales process: customer security reviews & RFPs.

Trusted by the world's top SaaS companies, Conveyor helps vendors build trust with customers while reducing the time spent on the mind-numbing task of sharing security information and answering security questionnaires & RFPs by over 90%.

Hi, we’re Conveyor 👋 creators of the first AI-powered customer trust platform.

We solve a problem that our customers “hate with the fury of 1000 suns” (actual quote!) - the dreaded customer security review. It’s a key part of the B2B sales cycle, but one that still involves too much time, effort, and mental anguish from those involved.

Enter Conveyor, where our vision is instant, perfect security reviews for everyone. We’ve made a lot of progress – we raised our Series A, have an awesome customer list whose lives we’ve significantly impacted through product, and our LinkedIn presence is quite literally on fire. But we have ambitious goals and we’re looking for our next Senior Product Designer to help make them a reality!

The top 3 1/2 reasons you should be interested in working at Conveyor:

  • You’ll be designing new patterns for AI interactions in a product that has a slam-dunk use case for the technology. AI isn’t shoe-horned into our product, it is the product. Our emphasis on the effectiveness of our AI also means that we’re quick to explore new technologies or approaches in the broader AI space.
  • Everyone on the team is amazing at their jobs, which enables us to have a high trust environment. We care deeply about psychological safety among the team, and believe that the ability to take risks and exist in the learning zone is critical to our success. This also comes with high accountability, which isn’t for everyone. But it means that you have the potential to have an outsize impact on the direction and success of the company.
  • We’re highly transparent so team members have the context they need to make good decisions. Giving constructive, thoughtful feedback and asking hard questions are highly encouraged! We’re also collaborative – we come together to figure it out when times are hard, and come together in celebration when we get our wins.
  • We’ll teach you how to saber a bottle of champagne.

About The Role

We’re looking for exceptional product designers to advance our mission of fully automating the pain of security reviews. Proactivity and creativity is a must in order to create 10x user experiences that don’t just incrementally improve the lives of our users, but transform them, helped along by what is now possible because of emerging technology in AI.

Approachable, fast, simple design is critical for us since experiencing the product is a key part of our sales process, and many customers have come from referrals or after interacting with Conveyor as someone reviewing a vendor. Correspondingly, designers have a lot of influence here.

You’ll be an early member of the design team (currently 2, growing to 4), reporting to our Head of Design and working in tight-knit collaboration with a top-notch product team. You’ll be tackling tough challenges like “How can we shift work off of our users’ plates onto AI without them feeling like they’re losing control?” or “How can we enable different stakeholders in this process while respecting their competing priorities?”, among others. You’ll own the entire design process for your projects, from brainstorming and ideation, to research and validation, to supporting engineering during delivery. As a fast-paced, early-stage startup, no two days are the same so an excitement for figuring out new challenges, excellent problem-solving skills, and adaptability are a must.

Customer discovery drives our strategy, so our most successful designers also have product management instincts. Beyond creating exceptional visual experiences, you'll help shape product direction and priorities. You'll influence what we build—not just how it looks—by identifying opportunities and conducting discovery. This approach expands your impact and growth potential, though it requires product thinking and business problem-solving skills.

You Might Be a Good Fit If

  • Talking to customers about their problems energizes you. You’re driven to understand the “why” behind their requests or insights. You feel deeply satisfied when you untangle their complicated problems.
  • You're enthusiastic and curious about the possibilities that AI can unlock for both our team and our users.
  • You have a high level of craft and a solid understanding of design principles. You pride yourself on your ability to create simple experiences that feel good to use, even when users might be doing something very complex.
  • You enjoy thinking beyond design execution and are excited to problem solve and help determine product direction and priorities, not just implement someone else's vision.
  • You view collaboration and feedback as critical to get to the best solution. You care about fostering psychological safety on the team, and are comfortable being vulnerable when you need help or support.
  • You prefer to validate your decisions, and know how to go about doing so.
  • You’re opinionated but practical, and know how to balance short term gains and long term vision. You have a keen sense on what tools or tactics to deploy to have the most impact toward a desired outcome.
  • You’re a good communicator, and know how to get the team excited about your vision and the potential it unlocks for our business.
  • You’re happy to flex into unexpected roles when needed to help the team as a whole succeed.

You Might Not Be a Good Fit It

  • You work better with clearly defined product requirements, and need strong direction in order to do your best work.
  • You prefer tradition and the way things are over exploring possibilities of what could be.
  • You do your best work alone as a one-designer island, and are uncompromising about the purity of your design vision.
  • You prefer operating in an environment with a rigid process and clear handoffs between product, design, and engineering.
  • You want to focus primarily on one stage of the design process at this stage of your career
  • You’re not comfortable with the accountability that comes with increased influence and responsibility.

What To Expect

Within 1 month you will…

  • Connect with the team through coworking with our Head of Design (location tbd!), all-hands participation, and 1:1 chats
  • Start understanding our users' needs and provide thoughtful feedback on in-flight projects
  • Design several small features and use your fresh eyes to identify potential collaboration improvements

Within 3 months you will…

  • Work on large initiatives with collaboration and guidance from our Head of Design
  • Lead customer discovery calls and internal workshops
  • Effectively give and solicit feedback from the team
  • Present something exciting at our weekly all-hands

Within 6-12 months you will…

  • Independently run large-scale initiatives from brainstorming to delivery, with input and feedback from the team
  • Become a confident customer advocate creating experiences that drive business growth
  • Support cross-functional success through artifacts, workshops, and improved processes
  • Turn ambiguous ideas into concrete designs that validate product direction and uncover misalignment

Compensation And Benefits

Since we believe that having high performing teammates is crucial to our success, we benchmark our compensation at the 75th percentile (Bay Area, for everyone) compared to other startups of our size using data from Pave and Option Impact. We also do regular compensation reviews to ensure that you never have to ask in order to be making market compensation.

The salary range for this role is $170,000 - $195,000 plus equity.

In Addition, We Provide Every Employee With

  • Comprehensive benefits package with employee medical, dental, and vision
  • 401k plan
  • Flexible vacation policy, with a recommended minimum of 20 days off
  • 14 weeks of paid parental leave
  • $1000 home office budget (annually) to set up your most productive working environment
  • Annual professional development budget available to attend conferences, events, and trainings
  • Company travel to team onsites 1-2 times per year where we come together to connect, collaborate, and eat exceptionally good food — the next one is in July!

You do not need a background or any expertise in security, just an appetite for designing in a complex domain. Also, we know it’s tough, but please try to avoid the confidence gap. You don’t have to match all the listed requirements exactly to be considered for this role (“I definitely didn’t when I joined!” — Sydney, our Head of Design).

At Comulate, we’re transforming the insurance back office with AI. Our platform, which reinvents expensive and time-consuming accounting processes, is the first step in our vision to unlock the hundreds of billions of dollars spent on manual insurance operations.

Our Series B, announced in early 2025, led by BOND & Workday, comes on the heels of record growth and accelerating expansion plans.

Why you should consider joining

  • Record-setting growth, having gone from zero to 8-figure ARR within three years of founding, representing 95th+ percentile company growth among startups that achieve these milestones
  • Strong product market fit revealed in growth and through customer love, with users describing the platform as “the best thing since sliced bread” and "life-changing"
  • Our lean, talented team is creating category-defining products for large public and private enterprises, driving 7-figure ROI and cash-flow positive operations, providing the best of both worlds: outsized employee ownership and low company risk
  • We're continuing to take big, ambitious first-to-market bets for a highly committed customer base and an exciting pipeline of new customers
  • We’re in the early innings of our vision and poised to take advantage of the massive opportunity to deploy AI into core workflows throughout the insurance industry

About The Role

We're seeking an exceptional founding Product Designer to join us onsite in San Francisco to reimagine one of the most overlooked design frontiers in enterprise software today. You'll be reimagining an entire industry's workflows from the ground up—creating experiences that transform complex, interconnected, multi-party workflows into elegant, intelligent systems that users love.

What you'll do

  • Pioneer a new design language for insurance operations, transforming arcane processes into intuitive, delightful experiences that our customers describe as "life-changing."
  • Develop compelling visual systems and interaction patterns that make intricate financial workflows feel accessible and – for the first time – enjoyable.
  • Be incredibly connected to users, through informal conversations, ride-alongs, and testing to validate design hypotheses with rigor.
  • Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that help our engineering team build with confidence and speed.
  • Drive clarity for the team by deeply communicating user needs and empowering everyone with the context to make great design decisions.
  • Help build a design culture that sees enterprise complexity not as a limitation but as an exciting design challenge.

Who you are

  • You possess world-class design taste and an eye for detail that helps you create intuitive and elegant solutions for even the most complex workflows.
  • You're a natural doer that loves rolling up your sleeves to independently bring your own design ideas to life, with high horsepower and velocity.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and bias heavily towards rigor, especially when defining entirely new user experiences in uncharted territory.
  • You demonstrate strong systems thinking in creating cohesive design frameworks that transform complexity into clarity.
  • You exhibit shameless curiosity, a propensity to question things deeply, and operate with extreme speed and clarity.
  • You're excited by the opportunity to create category-defining designs that will shape how an entire industry works for years to come.

Our team & philosophy

We’re backed by BOND, Spark Capital, Neo, and Workday, as well as founders/executives from Brex, Asana, Plaid, Applied Intuition, Coalition, and more.

Our team hails from companies like Airbnb, Google, Brex, and LiveRamp and we’re fairly low-profile: focusing the majority of our energy on delivering for customers and building a category-defining company.

We’re hiring predominantly in San Francisco 🌁, as we believe in-person collaboration is strategically important for a company at our stage — both for velocity and company culture.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary and generous equity
  • Generous medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • 401K plan enrollment
  • Flexible time-off policy
  • Lunch & dinner every day
  • Paid parental leave
  • Company outings and offsites
  • (and more benefits as we grow!)

Comulate is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture that celebrates authenticity. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, protected veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristics.

About The Position

Stampli, a leader in B2B SaaS and FinTech innovation, is seeking a Senior Product Designer who excels at simplifying complexity, with a strong focus on mobile-first experiences, but also with solid experience designing for desktop. A designer who is excited about leveraging AI-driven experiences to create smarter, faster workflows.

In this role, you’ll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to craft intuitive, mobile-optimized designs that help users get more done with less effort. You'll also explore how AI can reduce friction, automate repetitive actions, and support better decision-making across the product.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of UX/product design experience, with a strong emphasis on mobile-first design.
  • Proven success designing intuitive, user-friendly solutions for complex B2B workflows, especially for mobile platforms.
  • Experience designing for mobile gestures, bottom navigation, responsive layouts, and device limitations.
  • Demonstrated ability to spot and address UX friction in mobile contexts (e.g., form entry, receipt capture, approval actions).
  • Experience with AI-enhanced product design, especially where automation or intelligent suggestions improve speed and accuracy.
  • Skilled in Figma, and comfortable collaborating with engineers to translate designs into production-ready solutions.
  • Strong UX research and testing skills, with a mobile-first lens.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work across US and Israel time zones.
  • A portfolio that showcases mobile-first designs with AI-powered interactions and clear UX thinking.

What You Will Do

  • Design for Mobile-First - Own the mobile design strategy from end to end. Create responsive flows, wireframes, and prototypes that prioritize thumb-friendly layouts, limited screen real estate, and quick interactions.
  • Simplify Complexity – Transform detailed, multi-step workflows into simple, elegant mobile and desktop experiences, especially within enterprise contexts.
  • End-to-End Ownership - Lead projects through all phases, from discovery and user research to iterative design, handoff, and refinement - with a bias toward mobile usability.
  • AI-Forward Thinking - Identify opportunities to integrate AI into product workflows, enhancing automation, personalization, and speed-to-value.
  • User-First Mindset - Conduct research and usability testing with a mobile lens. Understand how context (e.g., interruptions, one-handed use, small screens) impacts experience.
  • Clear Communication - Present design concepts clearly, with a strong rationale. Communicate tradeoffs and constraints, especially when adapting features from desktop to mobile.
  • Scalable Design - Help evolve Stampli’s design system with mobile-specific components and patterns that support consistent cross-platform experiences.
  • Innovation & Growth - Stay on top of mobile UX trends, AI integration patterns, and platform-specific best practices (e.g., iOS and Android design guidelines).

You Will Get

  • The flexibility of working from our Mountain View, CA office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), with the option to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
  • Full medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) + employer match
  • Access to cutting-edge AI tools, including ChatGPT Enterprise, to enhance productivity, support innovation, and streamline daily workflows
  • Opportunities and development for career and personal growth
  • Strong and experienced leadership that supports your growth and success
  • An open-concept, modern workspace within an inclusive and dynamic scale-up culture

The base salary hiring range for this position is $150,000-$180,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Why Join Stampli?

Stampli is revolutionizing financial operations with AI, far ahead of competitors. For nearly a decade, our AI assistant, Billy the Bot™, has set the industry standard—processing $100B+ in invoices annually and saving millions of labor hours for 1,600+ customers. We're searching for our first full-time UX Product Designer, someone who's hungry to shape Revive's UX design foundation. You'll set design standards, establish processes, and make a real impact on our platforms and customers—from strategy to pixel-perfect execution in Figma.

We're a close-knit, high-performing team working asynchronously across North America, Europe, and Asia. We believe in autonomy, deep collaboration, and building tools that make a real impact. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, value empathy and ownership, and want to help shape the future of local advertising—come build with us.

What You'll Do

Design Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and own our design vision and standards, shaping the future of Revive's internal platform and eventual external product
  • Establish design processes and tools—creating playbooks and workflows that scale with our team
  • Collaborate on product strategy, roadmap planning, and user advocacy sessions

Hands-On UX & UI Design

  • Design end-to-end experiences in Figma: wireframes, prototypes, flows, and high-fidelity interfaces
  • Establish user research practices—workshops, interviews, usability testing—and use insights to iterate designs
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system that aligns with brand and accessibility standards

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with product managers, engineering, data, and internal users to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive solutions
  • Act as a design ambassador, guiding stakeholders through UX thinking and advocating for user-centered decisions

Mentorship & Culture

  • Be the first voice in design—mentoring future designers and fostering a culture of design excellence
  • Stay ahead of trends, tools, and best practices—and keep the team inspired

What to Expect in Your First 90 Days

Month 1:  Immerse yourself in our platform, tools, and process. Conduct user interviews and shadow users to uncover biggest pain points.

Month 2: Partner with a Sr. PM to design and deliver your first features. Begin establishing clear UX process for new feature launches.

Month 3 Establish roadmap ownership and collaborate on roadmap for next 3-6 months.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of UX/Product design experience in SaaS or B2B, with a strong portfolio showcasing both strategic systems thinking and hands-on design
  • Ability to wear both strategic and execution hats: you're just as comfortable architecting workflows as you are designing UI
  • Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with building and evolving design systems
  • Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design iterations—whether through guerrilla testing or formal studies
  • Strong communication skills: able to align teammates, lead critiques, and advocate for users
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, early-stage environments—solving ambiguity with initiative and grit

Benefits

  • 100% healthcare coverage for employees, 50% for dependents (medical, dental, vision)
  • Flexible remote work, including a home office stipend, internet reimbursement, and wellness stipend
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 3-day weekend every month
  • Monthly coffee or tea subscription

About us

Sydecar is on a mission to transform the world of private markets. Our goal is to make these markets more accessible, transparent, and liquid, and we're achieving this by revolutionizing the way investment vehicles are created and executed.

At Sydecar, we're not just a platform; we're a trusted partner in venture capital. We're dedicated to simplifying and standardizing the private investing experience, empowering capital allocators to discover and support visionary entrepreneurs who are shaping the future.

Our platform is designed with ease and efficiency in mind. This leaves investors the freedom to concentrate on what matters most: making valuable deals and nurturing meaningful relationships.

Join us at Sydecar, as we lead the charge in revolutionizing private investing.

About the opportunity

Sydecar is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead our mission of enabling thousands of new investors to do what they do best — identify and back entrepreneurs who are changing the world.

As the product owner for our Platform Team, you’ll take the reins on one of the most foundational areas of our business—owning the infrastructure that powers all of Sydecar’s products and user experiences. This is a rare opportunity to shape the internal engine of a fast-growing startup, driving critical systems that enable scalability, reliability, and innovation across the entire platform.

What you'll do

  • Leverage your track record as a product leader who’s partnered with design and engineering on complex software solutions. You’ll take ownership of Sydecar’s core engine—the financial foundation that powers all of our products—and guide its evolution.
  • Build internal tools and infrastructure that support critical workflows, including multi-currency support, banking integrations, and admin tools.
  • Own the Platform Team’s roadmap, leading strategic planning across four quarters by aligning priorities, resources, and strategic goals.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for stakeholders—including executives, functional leaders, and clients—by clearly communicating product strategies, priorities, and ensuring alignment around the roadmap and its rationale.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager working closely with design and engineering teams to deliver complex software solutions, with ownership of major components in financial systems.
  • Deep expertise in fintech or financial services, particularly in domains like ledgers, integrations, compliance, data architecture, and transactions—ideally within high-compliance, regulated industries.
  • 6+ years of product management experience ideally in fintech or financial services.
  • A clear communicator who excels at communicating with senior executives, breaking down complex ideas into clear, concise points that enable confident decision-making.
  • A proven ability to strategically prioritize and deliver a product roadmap over multiple quarters that drives real business results.
  • A proven ability to remove, go around, go over, or go through obstacles to drive projects to timely success and deliver business outcomes.
  • A data-driven thinker who’s passionate about using data and user feedback to validate product ideas and continuously measure impact.
  • A systems thinker and detail-oriented executor who grasps both the big picture and its components, anticipates edge cases, and tackles problem-solving with thoroughness and precision.
  • A process-driven professional who applies best practices to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in execution.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

It’s a bonus

  • If you have experience with, or knowledge of, alternative investments, fund accounting, or private markets transactions.
  • If you have prior experience working with APIs.

You’ll enjoy these benefits

  • Competitive salary and bonus program
  • PTO and flexible sick leave
  • Generously covered medical, dental, vision
  • Stock options program
  • 401k program with 4% employer match
  • Personal data plan reimbursement
  • Annual professional development stipend
  • Annual wellness stipend
  • Workspace allotment
  • Commuter benefits
  • Life insurance
  • Parental leave for all employees
