We are on the lookout for a Group Product Managerto join the Quick Commerce team and be part of our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Be part of redefining how customers experience quick commerce. You’ll help build technology that scales our non-food offerings, reaching new market segments and driving revenue growth. By innovating within our Quick Commerce Team, you’ll make Delivery Hero the go-to platform for a broad range of products, helping us grow faster and deliver more value to customers around the world.

In our Dmart team, you’ll tackle high-impact challenges that make the operations of our micro fulfillment centers (Dmarts) more efficient. Your work will directly improve experiences for pickers, store managers, customers, and suppliers  across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize operations and commercial aspects of our retail business.

The Dmart Tools domain owns the core of our Dmart operations and covers the most critical areas like: inventory management, store management, task management and pick and pack.

You will lead a team of 3 to 4 Product Managers and co-lead an organization of ~30 people together with Engineering and Design counterparts. In this role, you will directly influence key business outcomes such as seamless fulfillment, cost per order, utilization rate, orders delivered on time and more.

  • Lead, coach, and develop 3 to 4 Product Managers, setting a clear vision and driving accountability for impactful product outcomes
  • Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for Dmart Tool across its key areas
  • Partner with Engineering and Design leadership to co-lead a ~30-person organization, fostering collaboration, innovation, and delivery excellence
  • Drive measurable business impact by improving staffing efficiency, reducing idle time, and ensuring the reliability of the rider app
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across operations, commercial, analytics, product domains, and multiple Brands to ensure alignment between global scale and local market needs

Qualifications

--------------

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers
  • Strong track record of delivering impact in internal and/or SaaS tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align priorities and build strong relationships across multiple teams and functions
  • Technical acumen to engage deeply on app architecture, design systems, and integrity solutions
  • Analytical and outcome-oriented, with experience leading business-critical KPIs
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills to inspire teams and drive cross-functional alignment

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical depth, and a passion for data. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our AI/ML products, from ideation and model development to experimentation and performance monitoring, directly influencing key growth metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.

  • Drive Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and execute a clear, actionable product roadmap. Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Lead Data Model Development: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design, refine, and deploy machine learning models that enhance personalization, automation, and intelligent decision-making.
  • Own Experimentation & Optimization: Embed systematic experimentation into the product development workflow. Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses, iterate quickly, and drive continuous improvements in algorithm performance and key business KPIs.
  • Deliver on Strategic Initiatives: Lead high-impact projects, such as implementing new experimentation frameworks, developing recommendation systems, and building advanced models to support automation and scalable growth.

Item Navigation domain within QC Merchandising is at the forefront of enabling customers to seamlessly find relevant products within our Q-Commerce Platforms. The Navigation squad is responsible for building a Tier 1 service that sits on a critical path between Global Services and products we build centrally, and our Global Platforms that consume the data for display to end customers. Our mission is to build reliable and scalable technical systems that maximize item discoverability within various category listings, collections, and navigation paths across different Shops and Partners in Q-Commerce. The team is responsible for the core services and APIs that power category browsing and item discovery through structured navigation, ensuring high performance and availability for millions of daily interactions. This involves managing large-scale data ingestion, processing, and serving infrastructure specifically for category and collection display.

We are seeking a strong Senior/Principal Technical Product Manager to lead the development of Tier 1 systems in the Navigation team, positioned within QC Merchandising value stream in the Commercial Tribe. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, analytics, and platform teams, to define, prioritize, and deliver highly technical product solutions that directly impact user experience and business metrics related to category browsing and item discoverability within curated collections. You will be instrumental in shaping the technical architecture, data models, and API approaches for our core navigation systems, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and future-proof. A key aspect of this role is strong collaboration with product peers and stakeholders from other relevant teams and domains, such as Catalog, Content/PIM, AdTech, Item Ranking, and Promo Domain, to ensure a cohesive and optimal customer journey.

  • Drive the Technical Strategy & Roadmap for Navigation Systems: Define the vision and strategic roadmap for highly technical, data-driven systems that power category listings, curated collections, and other navigational assets across various real estates within the QC space. Ensure alignment with overall business objectives, merchandising opportunities, and customer experience goals. This includes identifying technical dependencies, anticipating future needs, and making informed trade-offs.
  • Own Metrics & Performance: Establish and monitor success metrics related to navigation usage, item discoverability within categories, and conversion, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization. You will co-define key performance indicators (KPIs) for system health, latency, and throughput, collaborating with engineering to ensure monitoring and alerting are robust.
  • Partner with Engineering & Data Science: Collaborate closely with engineering and data science to implement scalable navigation systems and leverage data pipelines that support adaptive data strategies for displaying collections and categories. You will be expected to participate in technical design discussions, understand system architecture, challenge assumptions, and provide clear technical requirements.
  • User-Centric Approach: Develop a deep understanding of customer journeys for discovery, identify opportunities to improve item discoverability within categories and collections, and translate user insights into actionable navigation strategies.
  • Experimentation & Testing: Drive A/B testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses, optimize the presentation and discoverability of items through navigation, and assess the impact of new display strategies. You will also define and monitor the technical setup for experimentation, ensuring data integrity and reliable results.

  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with stakeholders across Platforms, Data, UX, AdTech, Catalog, Content/PIM, Item Ranking, Promo Domain, and commercial teams to align navigation strategies. You will be able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, influencing decision-making and building consensus.

  • Product & Domain Expertise: 5+ years in product management with a strong focus on highly technical data products that power search, category listings, collections, and navigation structures—ideally within Q-Commerce, e-commerce, or marketplace environments. As a Payment Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for revolutionizing the payment experience for our global rider community. Your role will involve owning the definition, calculation, and optimization of rider payments metrics, as well as managing the product roadmap for all rider payment touchpoints. This role will focus on managing employee relations cases, providing advice and guidance to both managers and employees, and ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies. What We're Looking For

We are in search of a hardworking, customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our upbeat team in Field Operations. As a Field Service Technician for Aristocrat Gaming, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, converting, installing, maintaining, repairing, and removing gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers with little assistance. You will bring immediate value to the organization by ensuring the seamless operation of our customers’ gaming facilities through timely and efficient technical support.

This is an entry-level position. You will complete a robust, hands-on, and virtual training program throughout your first 6 months.

What You’ll Do

  • Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
  • Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
  • Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues.
  • Complete Pre-Site Surveys, follow the schedule, and perform service activities assigned.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and follow the parts inventory process.
  • Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation.
  • Report on trends, needs, and service challenges.
  • Review pre-install documents to determine if parts will be needed to complete the installation.
  • Gather and report accurately on service activities by using field service management reporting tools.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service daily.
  • Self-direct and carry out day-to-day tasks with little direction.
  • Follow Aristocrat’s Safety Guidelines.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Have a clean and valid driver’s license and maintain an insurable driving record.
  • Able to acquire a gaming license as required (Gaming License requirements will vary depending on location). Upon hire, Aristocrat will assist with application, payment, and renewal.

Pay Range

$17.61 - $32.71 per hour

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

Poszukujemy doświadczonego Techniczny Właściciel Produktu, który będzie rozwijać platformę webową klasy enterprise dla loterii online.  

Stanowisko hybrydowe, zlokalizowane w Krakowie lub Warszawie, wymagające obecności w biurze dwa razy w tygodniu.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Analiza systemowa produktów wieloplatformowych: aplikacja backendowa, portfel (Wallet), integracje z systemami zewnętrznymi (3rd party), REST API, BI itp.
  • Definiowanie i opisywanie nowych wymagań na podstawie strategii produktu oraz potrzeb klientów.
  • Tworzenie dokumentacji funkcjonalnej, user stories oraz dokumentów wymagań — PRD (Product Requirements Documents).
  • Przeprowadzanie analiz i specyfikacji dotyczących integracji z systemami zewnętrznymi.
  • Ścisła współpraca z różnymi działami firmy: CRM i Analiza, B2C, Compliance i Support, Technologie itp.
  • Zarządzanie cyklem życia funkcji — od koncepcji przez wdrożenie, aż po analizę i optymalizację.
  • Badanie i analiza informacji strategicznych i konkurencyjnych w celu ciągłej optymalizacji produktów i ich wydajności.

Nasze oczekiwania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (informatyka lub pokrewne) lub równoważne doświadczenie.
  • Udokumentowane doświadczenie w analizie systemów i zarządzaniu produktem (w tym pisanie wymagań funkcjonalnych lub szczegółowej dokumentacji projektowej).
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w metodyce Agile — mile widziane.
  • Doświadczenie w firmach internetowych lub programistycznych.
  • Silne umiejętności biznesowe i decyzyjne; zdolność identyfikacji, priorytetyzacji i wyrażania najważniejszych inicjatyw.

As a Team Lead within our Engineering department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of our products. What You'll Do

  • Manage test teams to promote quality engineering guidelines, including test strategy, preparation, and execution.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship on work scope and dependencies to meet test requirements.
  • Identify and communicate risks to collaborators, offering technical assessments as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with Game Development teams, including Game Designers, Artists, and Software Engineers, to resolve issues found during test cycles.
  • Work with Compliance and regulatory agencies during pre-compliance test phases to identify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Apply defect tracking tools for reporting and tracking issues clearly and concisely until closure.
  • Provide detailed bug analysis and assist developers with debugging.
  • Monitor the overall project health, ensuring compliance with testing guidelines and established procedures.
  • Set up and configure test setups and fixtures for games, testing independently as required.
  • Identify and analyze game performance and memory issues, capturing core dumps/logs using appropriate tools.
  • Suggest improvements to the overall testing process, including tools, processes, and test cases.

What We're Looking For

  • Engineering degree (MCA, BE, or B.Tech) with at least 9 years in quality and testing, 3 years in team leadership.
  • Outstanding practical software testing abilities with a detailed comprehension of industry guidelines and methodologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with global collaborators.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging and working closely with team members and collaborators.
  • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA.
  • Previous background in the gaming sector is desirable.
