We are on the lookout for aProduct Support Specialist to join the Global Pricing Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. This is a 1 year fixed contract full-time position.

If you're a creative problem solver who is hungry for a new adventure, an international workplace is waiting for you in the heart of Berlin!

  • Work closely with a cross-functional team of professionals with domain expertise in the fields of Commercial, Data and Product & Engineering. This includes supporting the development of our best-in-class dynamic pricing tool.
  • Triage and investigate bug reports, complying with existing SLAs.
  • You work together with a Pricing Manager to drive pricing analyses, provide recommendations and work with local teams to understand and optimise pricing performance in countries and cities across the globe
  • Inform and deliver new strategies and tactics to improve users' experience with Product Support.
  • Influence innovation across Product Support and Product Operations to identify opportunities for simplicity and scalability.
  • Contribute to the team's documentation library by writing and maintaining how-to troubleshooting guides, internal processes, and knowledge bites for stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, exceptions, and connections between reported issues.
  • Proactively communicate with relevant stakeholders, providing updates and seeking support from management when blocked to ensure timely execution.
  • Understand all KPIs related to their area and suggest prioritization for new tasks that align with team goals.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and other reporting tools - consuming diverse data sources - to support pricing decision making

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience experience as a BI/Data/Product analyst working for Internet companies
  • You‘ve already gained your first experience in SQL.
  • Highly passionate about data manipulation, with problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail.
  • You have an understanding of AB testing and statistical methods.
  • Independent and rigorous working style.
  • You are a team player and love to think outside the box.
  • Good English communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Ideally, you have already gathered experience working with SQL tables and analysis during previous experience.
  • Experience working with the Microsoft Office package or equivalent (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint).
  • You have a good business understanding and know how to create business insights based on complex data.
  • Bachelor's degree or background in QA, development, product support, or product management
  • Previous education in software engineering

In the role of Inventory Manager, you will be vital to our operations, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our physical inventory. Your tasks involve planning, implementing, and reconciling full physical inventories and cycle count processes. You will collaborate closely with internal team members to devise strategies that boost efficiency, service quality, and reduce discrepancies. Your work will help advance regional excellence and contribute to Aristocrat's global accomplishments.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing inventory team, fostering a culture of excellence by motivating and coaching staff to improve performance and enhance capabilities.
  • Manage direct reports' performance, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and conducting accurate, timely, and meaningful reviews.
  • Develop and implement inventory benchmarks to enhance departmental performance and ensure alignment with operational strategies across safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
  • Oversee inventory teams in Australia, New Zealand, Macau, and the Philippines, developing and formalizing cycle count plans to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Uncover primary factors contributing to inventory discrepancies and lead efforts to ensure accurate reconciliations in the APAC region and Australia Field Services.
  • Oversee the development of service inventory auto-replenishments and the launch of Field Services Hub setup, including periodic inventory replenishment reviews.
  • Supervise the examination and endorsement of inventory journals following the APAC region's authorization matrix.
  • Engage in SLOB Review Forum and drive actions to minimize obsolescence.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI), product launches, gaming shows, and off-site audits from an inventory perspective.
  • Manage engineering change requests, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization of inventory systems, processes, and procedures to meet ISO requirements.
  • Implement ERP systems with minimal disruption, focusing on system enhancements to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by actively engaging in safety initiatives and promoting a safety culture.
  • Cultivate strong connections with internal collaborators, supervising the resolution of stock discrepancies, material shortages, and outdated inventory problems.
  • Facilitate inventory audits with internal and external financial partners and provide inventory reporting packs as required.
  • Develop and implement reporting dashboards post-ERP launch to easily track and report benchmark performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory processes through standard methodologies and strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field of study.
  • Demonstrated ability in an inventory managerial role.
  • Evidence of expertise in supply chain operations and leading efforts for improvement.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, CRM, and ERP systems.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory management systems and a deep understanding of inventory processes and systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and lead staff.
  • Strong understanding of financial and commercial manufacturing competence.
  • Proactive critical thinker with strong attention to detail and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This role will focus on managing employee relations cases, providing advice and guidance to both managers and employees, and ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies. As a Field Service Technician for Aristocrat Gaming, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, converting, installing, maintaining, repairing, and removing gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers with little assistance. You will bring immediate value to the organization by ensuring the seamless operation of our customers’ gaming facilities through timely and efficient technical support.

This is an entry-level position. You will complete a robust, hands-on, and virtual training program throughout your first 6 months.

What You’ll Do

  • Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
  • Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
  • Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues.
  • Complete Pre-Site Surveys, follow the schedule, and perform service activities assigned.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and follow the parts inventory process.
  • Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation.
  • Report on trends, needs, and service challenges.
  • Review pre-install documents to determine if parts will be needed to complete the installation.
  • Gather and report accurately on service activities by using field service management reporting tools.

What We’re Looking For

What You'll Do

  • Lead Enterprise Cloud Strategy: Guide multi-cloud strategy development as senior technical advisor to Cloud Advisory Council, Cloud Center of Excellence, and executive leadership.
  • Compose and Build Enterprise Solutions: Coordinate the setup of reliable cloud systems on AWS, Azure, and GCP in line with business needs and governance standards.
  • Elevate Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Techniques: Set and maintain IaC protocols organization-wide, employing high-level expertise in Terraform for the management of sophisticated cloud resources at an enterprise level.
  • Coordinate and Regulate Containerised Workloads: Lead the deployment, scaling, and overseeing of vital containerised applications with Kubernetes on a large scale within the organization.
  • Lead Security and IAM Governance: Architect and enforce Identity and Access Management (IAM) governance frameworks and standard methodologies across the entire cloud and corporate infrastructure.
  • Automate at Scale: Develop advanced automation and CI/CD pipelines that streamline the software development lifecycle, focusing on reducing manual toil and growing operational efficiency.
  • Proactive Monitoring and Financial Governance: Implement proactive monitoring strategies for performance, security, and cost optimization. Lead cost management initiatives to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Influence, Mentor, and Innovate: Mentor junior and other senior engineers, lead cross-functional collaboration, and drive knowledge-sharing initiatives to elevate the technical capabilities of the entire organization.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive Knowledge Across Multi-Cloud Platforms: Demonstrated, expert-level proficiency in crafting, developing, and deploying intricate, large-scale solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Expert-level Proficiency with Terraform: Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and oversee intricate IaC patterns at an enterprise level using Terraform.
  • Advanced Container Orchestration: Extensive experience with Kubernetes and containerisation technologies like Docker.
  • IAM and Security Expertise: Extensive knowledge of IAM principles, security guidelines, and enterprise identity management solutions, specifically with Okta or similar platforms.
  • Proven Leadership and Mentorship: A track record of leading complex technical projects and mentoring teams within a large organization.

We are on the lookout for a Software Engineer (Golang) to join the Tech Foundations vertical on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

As a member of the Tech Foundation Team, you’ll support Delivery Hero’s rapid innovation and growth. You’ll work on foundational systems that enable faster feature development, security, and reliability across our global engineering community. Every enhancement you make will contribute to our teams' ability to build, scale, and deliver quality features—ultimately impacting millions of users worldwide.

You will join our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) organization, and work on Incident Detection and Response to ensure the reliability and stability of our systems by building innovative tools and platforms that empower our engineering organization to effectively manage critical operational events and prevent alert fatigue. Your work will directly contribute to a healthier on-call experience, faster resolution times for critical issues, and enhanced overall system stability across Delivery Hero.

In this team you will:

  • Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions for critical SRE tooling using Go (Golang).
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver impactful features.
  • Maintain coding standards and actively participate in code reviews, ensuring a high-quality, maintainable, and efficient codebase.
  • Implement automated testing frameworks to proactively catch bugs and ensure software reliability.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in both software and infrastructure, continuously seeking opportunities to optimize performance and scalability.
  • Work closely with engineering teams across Delivery Hero to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and implementation strategies.

  • Proven hands-on experience working on high scale projects.
  • Strong proficiency in GoLang, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Ability to understand and reason through large existing projects and workable knowledge of Python.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP) and understanding how to leverage them for scalable and resilient solutions.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration systems (Kubernetes), facilitating the deployment and management of applications.

Join us in our Vendor Data team, where you will design, build, and implement advanced monetization and pricing models that shape the economic success of hundreds of thousands of restaurants and local businesses globally.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the development of econometric and machine learning models to optimise take rate, pricing strategies, and vendor monetisation, working alongside top commercial leaders and technical experts.
  • Design, run, analyse, and improve experiments and A/B tests to validate your hypotheses in real-world settings.
  • Present research and recommendations to senior executives, shaping company-wide strategy to enable our 1m+ restaurant partners across the globe to grow while monetizing our services sustainably.
  • Partner closely with the Commercial, Product, and Data Engineering teams to embed advanced modelling and experimental insights into pricing, incentive, and vendor engagement decisions, while regularly delivering recommendations and insights to senior business leaders.

Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in Economics or a similar field with an emphasis on quantitative research methods including forecasting, causal inference, machine learning and experiment design.
  • 5+ years of experience in data science roles, ideally in Revenue Management, Pricing, or Monetization Analytics in e-commerce, marketplaces, fintech, or AdTech
  • Experience with marketplace pricing dynamics, multi-modal optimisation, and revenue forecasting models, plus deep understanding of economic concepts such as price elasticity, contribution margins, ROI metrics, rebate mechanics, and segmentation analyses
  • You're a fast learner, critical thinker, and creative problem solver who strives for excellence - and you’re hungry to take on complex, ambiguous challenges
  • Willingness to take responsibility on high-stakes, company-defining projects with substantial financial impact and eagerness to deliver clear recommendations to top management
  • Passion for data, with creative problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Python and/or R, and SQL (preferably with BigQuery), with experience in statistical modelling and data visualisation (Tableau or similar) with continuous iteration
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral, and able to explain complex modelling outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences in a concise way
