As a PaaS Engineer, You Will

​

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of scalable PaaS systems. 
• Support the development and prototyping of new PaaS landscapes to meet business and technical requirements.

Basic Qualifications

Bechtel is the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) partner on the Northrop Grumman team to deliver the Sentinel Program, which is modernizing the ground-based leg of the U.S. nuclear deterrent triad, including intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) systems and launch infrastructure. Bechtel’s scope of service in Sentinel’s current Engineering & Manufacturing Development phase focuses on the ground infrastructure component of the program.

Job Summary

​

In this role, you will participate in defining facility/system functions, behaviors, and other design requirements. You will perform system-level design verification and test requirements specifications. You will compile, adjust, and correlate data that will develop your professional work knowledge and abilities through the application of standard systems engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.

The Sentinel project is looking for an Engineering Technologist at the Ogden, UT location. The Engineering Technologist will provide administrative and technical support of the Technical Requirements Management Program (TRMP) including coordinating design requirements through the use of administrative tools and databases. Advise management of problems and progress related to those activities. This position will support engineering team members in areas including application support and data management as follows: enter, coordinate, and manage data in configuration control and engineering software. Perform the execution of information systems initiatives to meet customers’ needs in a variety of technical areas and situations. Perform a variety of work that requires application of technical principles. Apply knowledge of information systems/data principles and practices. Work with engineering disciplines to ensure engineering data is properly transferred to other project systems. Work with discipline leads to optimize software and data use. Assist in standardizing the configuration, data integration, and work processes for the project. Prepare data related work process diagrams and non-proprietary electronic data exchanges with other Bechtel software.

Major Responsibilities

• Compiles, adjusts, and correlates data that will develop professional work knowledge and abilities through the application of standard Systems Engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.

Education And Experience Requirements

• Requires a University Hire with less than 1 year of experience or 4-5 years of relevant work experience. 
• Additionally, one or more years of relevant experience with computer databases and spreadsheets and/or with identification and management of technical/design data.

Required Knowledge And Skills

• Must be a US Citizen. 
• Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug and background check which includes verification of employment and education. 
• Must have the ability to obtain and retain a Secret clearance.

You will also work closely with program teams to report status, risks, and deliverables to the larger group.

This position is part of the Service Delivery team responsible for local and onsite user support, training, and project delivery. The successful individual will provide advanced technical assistance and consultation on various IT platforms, acting as an escalation resource for prompt troubleshooting and solutions in line with Global IT Operations procedures. We’re looking for exceptional product designers to advance our mission of fully automating the pain of security reviews. Vous travaillerez avec une équipe d’artistes, de développeurs et de gestionnaires de produits d’expérience pour développer et maintenir le jeu. C’est un environnement amusant et dynamique!

Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la création d’animations de l’art du jeu, de la conception initiale et du scénario jusqu’à la mise en œuvre. Il vous incombera de préparer et d’optimiser les ressources pour d’autres animations et d’appuyer les équipes artistiques et de développement dans les questions liées aux animations.

Ce que vous ferez

· Créer des animations de haute qualité pour l’interface utilisateur, les effets visuels, les environnements et les personnages.

· Travailler avec les artistes techniques pour soutenir l’intégration des animations.

​

· Maintenir un dialogue ouvert avec les artistes et les développeurs techniques pour s’assurer que toutes les animations respectent les exigences de performance de l’application.

​

· Anticiper les éventuelles limites techniques et concevoir des solutions innovantes.

​

· Créer des modèles de fichiers sources et de la documentation sur le flux de travail.

​

· Améliorer continuellement les animations existantes et nouvelles.

Ce que nous recherchons

Exigences :

· Excellente compréhension des principes d’animation et de leur fonctionnement dans la mécanique des jeux, la lisibilité des jeux et les contraintes des moteurs.

· Maîtrise d’After Effects et de Photoshop.

​

· Aisance à planifier et à estimer l’effort d’animation des projets.

​

· Portefeuille démontrant une maîtrise des principes fondamentaux de l’animation.

· Compréhension des animations 2D Unity et Spine 2D.

The Consumer & Product Insights team within Aristocrat provides data and insights on market and consumer trends to inform decision-making across the enterprise. This cross-functional centre of excellence brings together world-class market insights, consumer research, and product strategy to identify new market opportunities, adapt existing games to shifting consumer demand, and help the business realise the full potential of a diverse multichannel product portfolio. As part of the Aristocrat Global CPO Organisation, this team is critical to enabling a data-lead culture of defining strategies and roadmaps based on a deep understanding of player needs and successful competitor strategies.

As a key member of the Product & Market Insights function within the Consumer & Product Insights team, you will play a critical role in guiding the ongoing success and shaping growth strategies for the real money online and social slots businesses within Aristocrat. As the driving force behind comparative market analysis, you will research a multitude of mobile products, online platforms, and slot game content by collecting, tagging, exploring, analysing, benchmarking, and visualising data. Constantly refining your expertise in both Real Money Online gaming and Social Slots, you will develop new insights and share findings at all levels of the global organization to influence product and portfolio roadmaps. You’ll have the unique opportunity to work with both proprietary and licensed data for both competitors and Aristocrat portfolio applications, enabled by consumer research and data analytics insights peers. Your unique blend of data-driven insights, clear & compelling storytelling, and actionable product recommendations will inform critical investments in new games and guide improvements and growth in live portfolio games.

The successful candidate is a veteran gaming product expert with a persistent intellectual curiosity, top-tier data analysis skills, and a proven ability to clearly explain complex concepts to others. They are excited to advise multiple product teams vs. directly operating a product, with a day-to-day priority of digesting, synthesizing, and evangelising successful strategies derived from a wide variety of sources. They are eager to experiment with innovative analysis techniques and to contribute to a mature insights program by aligning robust analysis to meet evolving stakeholder needs. Their work will have a profound impact on Aristocrat’s social casino portfolio’s product quality, player satisfaction, and business performance.

What You'll Do

​

• Provide strategic insights-based advisory services to business leadership across the enterprise
• Manage stakeholder relationships, defining and coordinating new projects & processes to meet their needs
• Establish new strategic analysis programs, defining objectives, key results, research roadmaps, and measuring outcomes
• Operationalise market trend analysis to identify product growth opportunities
• Actively monitor market trends across competitor products, content, features, live ops, and KPIs in a variety of segments and genres
• Direct player experience benchmarking of competitor Real Money Online and Social Slots content and products, applications, economies, progression, difficulty, reward value, pricing, balance, and similar
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary analysts to rigorously elicit player needs and inform successful product strategies
• Evangelize compelling narratives that clearly articulate complex concepts and communicate actionable recommendations to a diverse executive audience

What We're Looking For

​

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Product Management, Game Design, or similar discipline
• MBA or Graduate Degree preferred. Must have strong academic record
• 5-7 years of experience in Product, Insights, or similar roles preferred
• Deep familiarity with free-to-play game systems, product KPIs, market trends and strategy, & gaming industry dynamics
• Command of macro/microeconomics, pricing theory, behavioral economics, and player motivations
• Experience in executive-level reporting on in-depth product & financial analysis
• Advanced analytics skills – Excel, SQL, Tableau/Looker, PowerBI, or similar preferred

Pay Range

​

$119,109 - $221,204 per year

​

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
