We are looking for a dynamic Consumer Insights Manager to join our Global Consumer Insights team! This role will lead market research initiatives supporting Aristocrat across both Gaming (land-based slot machines) and Interactive (online real-money gaming) businesses. In this highly collaborative and pivotal role, you will report to the Director of Consumer Insights and engage with global studios to deliver consumer-centric insights that drive business growth and product decisions within the regulated gaming sector.

What You'll Do

  • Develop positive relationships with slot studios, handling day-to-day research activities to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with fellow colleagues from the Market Research unit and crucial collaborators dedicated to the gaming sector.
  • Develop and implement various research methodologies, such as art and theme testing, landscape studies, player motivation research, hardware studies, and driven happiness evaluations.
  • Build clear, insightful reports and presentations, translating findings into meaningful narratives and actionable recommendations for teams across the organization, including senior executives.
  • Include secondary industry or internal data to complement primary research insights and ensure a complete understanding of player preferences and behaviors.
  • Manage relationships with existing research vendors and onboard new partners as needed to support research initiatives optimally.
  • Prior experience in the slots gaming, casino, real-money online gaming, or closely related regulated entertainment markets is required.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience with market research methodologies with hands-on project management from start to finish.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in crafting reports and presenting insights, ensuring clarity and relevance for different audiences.
  • Ability to conduct research independently or collaboratively with external partners, ensuring projects meet objectives and timelines.
  • Demonstrating proven experience of using internal data sources and/or external data aggregators to extract, analyze, and synthesize information that effectively addresses business questions and drives strategic decision-making.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree or equivalent experience in market research, psychology, business, or a related field.
  • Experience conducting research in a regulated industry, such as gaming, finance, or healthcare, with a strong understanding of compliance considerations; direct experience in real-money gaming (land-based and/or online) is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with qualitative research methods, including in-person research, product testing, intercept interviews, and other face-to-face methodologies to gather deep consumer insights.
  • Proficiency with survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics), data analysis software (e.g., SPSS), or consumer panels is advantageous.

  • Lead and develop scalable solutions for Marketing, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, and various managed packages and ISVs.
  • Provide oversight across platform-related domains as a member of the Salesforce Leadership Team.
  • Evaluate feature utilization and recommend adoption of features to increase earned value for our business.
  • Continuously measure and improve internal platform operating guidelines and procedures.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, shipping, and maintaining server-based systems in Linux or Windows environments.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in cloud environments.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for mentoring and leading teams.
  • Experience with Unity and cloud-based hosting environments is a plus.

We are on the lookout for a Privacy Counsel to join Delivery Hero Data Protection Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

In the Legal Team, you’ll support key initiatives by providing proactive legal guidance that aligns business goals with regulatory standards. This role is part of the data protection office of the global Delivery Hero Group, based at our headquarters in Berlin, Germany.The role involves counseling internal stakeholders on privacy compliance, supporting the implementation of privacy programs and ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations and industry best practices. We are looking for a true collaborator with a hands-on, proactive approach who can work effectively across teams to drive privacy initiatives forward.

  • Provide legal advice on data protection matters under global frameworks such as the GDPR.
  • Provide expert, risk-based privacy advice to the business on new products, initiatives, and operational changes.
  • Provide guidance on employee data protection (Beschäftigtendatenschutz), including policies and processes for handling employee personal data in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Support the data mapping process and documentation of data processing activities conducted by the business and staff functions, including the performance of data protection impact assessments (DPIAs).
  • Develop, implement, and maintain global privacy and data protection policies, notices, and internal procedures.
  • Support the team’s communications to the DH Group management board, supervisory board (including audit and risk committees), and business leadership teams.
  • Conduct privacy maturity audits, ensuring consistency in reporting and remediation efforts.
  • Support fine-related or other legal proceedings and investigations, including the development of mitigation plans.
  • Monitor ongoing developments around AI governance and contribute to the improvement of AI governance frameworks, ensuring responsible use of AI systems and compliance with emerging AI regulations globally.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in data protection / privacy or related areas
  • An educational background in law, at least bachelor's or comparable degree (e.g. German First States Examination)
  • Certified expertise on EU privacy laws (IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV DPO etc.) is a plus
  • Excellent English language skills. German is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience in advising online technology companies and data-driven businesses, across multiple jurisdictions is a plus

We are on the lookout for a Senior Technical Product Manager - (Logistics, Optimization) to join our Logistics team to help us create a fast, reliable and transparent delivery experience. You will be building and evolving the core infrastructure that powers our global routing algorithm — delivering reliable, high-scale backend services to ensure millions of orders and riders get the most efficient routes every day. The Optimization tribe as a whole owns the central piece of the Logistics architecture with a set of services responsible for finding the best rider for every order. We enable this by solving the Vehicle Routing Problem at scale as well as building tools for operations managers and of course in close collaboration with the rider app itself which drives the whole experience and provides transparency at all times.

  • Own and define the long-term vision and strategy for several Tier 1 services at the core of the Optimization architecture. Expanding the horizon from “now and next” to a clear multi-quarter direction that is aligned with the company targets.
  • Create and foster a domain-wide culture of clarity and alignment: ensure requirements are consistently gathered, and all stakeholders (tech, business, and regional) deeply understand the “why” behind your roadmap. Align upstream/downstream teams on shared goals, ensure follow-through of interconnected initiatives.
  • Craft high-quality product specifications for complex, interconnected systems, and guide cross-functional teams to pragmatic, scalable solutions that fit into the broader Logistics platform.
  • Use data as a strategic asset: influence KPI and target setting, guide squads to make data-driven decisions, and proactively identify opportunities to embed ML/DS enhancements into our routing workflows.
  • Champion product delivery excellence: ensure work is sliced effectively, dependencies are anticipated and escalated early, timelines are aligned across multiple teams.

What You'll Do

As a Product Operations Specialist,you will independently manages key operational workflows across bug triage, operational requests, documentation, localization, and release coordination. You will advise stakeholders on product usage, identify recurring issues, and improve processes that reduce operational friction. This role will be dedicated to managing and supporting the transfer pricing aspects of our Glovo Group, which operates in numerous countries in Europe and Africa. We are searching for an adaptable Specialist in Managing Organizational Change to contribute to enterprise-wide transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability guiding organizations through change by applying structured methodologies to help employees adopt new processes, technologies, and behaviors.

The Organizational Change Management Specialist will collaborate with multi-functional teams to evaluate impacts, improve stakeholder engagement, and develop communication and training strategies that promote successful adoption.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with project leads to invent and implement strategies and plans for managing change that improve user adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Engage with collaborators from various technical and business departments.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships to guarantee alignment and readiness.
  • Conduct change impact analyses, assess organizational readiness, and identify potential risks to successful adoption.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of practical involvement in managing changes within an organization, ideally within a large or global company.
  • Consistent record of leading and managing sophisticated change initiatives across various business functions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Organizational Development, or another related field.
  • Skillful in coordinating various techniques for leading all aspects of organizational transformation (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Ability to analyze data and assess change impacts.
  • Project management exposure is a plus, with the ability to align OCM efforts with project timelines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
  • Experience with process improvement and transformation initiatives.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work closely with leaders, teams, and employees at all levels.
  • Experience in specific industries such as technology, finance, healthcare, or manufacturing preferred
  • Prefer certification in methodologies related to organizational transitions (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, CCMP)

What You'll Do

 

  • Manage time effectively to ensure all configuration orders are completed by the end of the day.
  • Constantly monitor your assigned queue to maintain a duration of 6 calendar days or less.
  • Back up the Config Ops Supervisor in queue management and case assignment.
  • Assist with QC case management and overflow quality checks.
  • Train new hires in Config Ops, focusing on EGM build, conversion, and sign-only requests processes.
  • Perform peer-to-peer quality checks within the EGM build, conversion, and sign-only spaces.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and the Sales team to address any questions or concerns.
  • Work with Marketing and ERP to ensure accurate hardware and software selections.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for any quality errors, internal or external.
  • Coordinate expedite requests from Inside Sales and the Master Scheduler, prioritizing accordingly.
  • Respond to customer order status requests from Sales and Production Scheduling.
  • Address requests from Production and Quality related to configuration.
  • Promote positive communication with Sales to improve timely delivery to customers.
  • Participate in daily meetings with Config Ops leadership to discuss schedule and material availability.
  • Support other projects and perform duties as assigned.

 

What We're Looking For

 

  • Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in using order management systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) and analytical tools to analyze data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with SalesForce and D365 is preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to order management, compliance, and risk management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and Access.
  • Outstanding English language skills.
