We are on the lookout for a Senior Principal, Internal Audit Excellence and Accountability to join the Internal Audit team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Internal Audit | Chief Audit Executive (CAE), you will play a pivotal leadership role in strengthening governance, accountability, and internal control discipline across all business areas. You will be expected to bring presence, confidence, and credibility — ensuring that audit insights translate into measurable improvements, that management actions are delivered on time, and that the function’s strategic influence continues to expand across the enterprise. This role requires a combination of deep internal audit expertise, sound business judgment, and the ability to influence, challenge, and engage effectively with senior executives across a complex global organization.

  • *Lead and elevate the internal audit program a*cross finance, operations, technology, and compliance, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, strategic objectives, and regulatory expectations.
  • Represent Internal Audit as a credible and influential partner to senior management, capable of engaging in executive-level dialogue, challenging decisions constructively, and influencing outcomes through evidence-based insights.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in internal audit, risk management, assurance, operations or business transformation, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a complex, multinational environment.
  • Proven ability to influence and challenge senior executives with confidence, tact, and professionalism.
  • Experience engaging with IT and cybersecurity stakeholders is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated excellence in *executive communication,* including report writing, presentation delivery, and Audit Committee engagement.
  • Strong strategic and commercial awareness, able to connect audit insights with business priorities and emerging risks.
  • Experience leading and developing *high-performing, globally distributed teams,* including succession planning and leadership pipeline development.

We are on the lookout for aSenior Accounting & Reporting Specialist to join the Central Accounting Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.  Ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and consistency of Delivery Hero’s financial statements and accounting records.

This role covers practical areas such as fair value and amortized cost accounting for financial instruments, provisions, IFRS 16 lease accounting, intercompany recharges, and accounting analysis of M&A contracts and related agreements, including hands-on involvement in group-internal mergers and system migrations.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the company and its German subholdings in accordance with HGB.
  • Compile IFRS reporting packages for group consolidation and collaborate closely with the Group Accounting team.
  • Manage and execute month-end close activities, including accruals, provisions, and account reconciliations.
  • Perform GL account analysis and reviews across balance sheet and P&L items, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate and support external audits, serving as a key contact for auditors and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in SAP S/4HANA for GL-related topics and drive continuous improvements and automation in accounting processes.

Qualifications

--------------

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in general ledger accounting. Experience within the headquarters of an international group and/or a listed parent company is required.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge under HGB and a solid understanding of IFRS, including practical experience in preparing statutory financial statements under HGB and group reporting packages under IFRS.
  • Sound understanding of period-end closing processes (period open/close, dunning run, FX revaluation, clearing of payment items, etc.).
  • Solid experience with SAP R/3 or S/4HANA; experience with OneStream for reporting and consolidation is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail – you Dive Deep to understand the numbers.
  • Proactive, reliable, and hands-on – you take Ownership and are not afraid to get involved in day-to-day operational accounting.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Your typical day in the role will involve triaging bugs with your morning coffee then providing technical support accordingly. By lunch time you’re preparing a report to help Product Managers prioritize their backlog and meeting an Engineer to identify the root cause of a user issue. After replying to some questions coming in via Slack, your last meeting of the day is with a Designer to discuss UX limitations you’ve observed from user behavior.

  • Be the first point of contact for our global commercial and operational teams to solve their issues and support inquiries related to our Product Stack
  • Troubleshoot bugs and work closely with Engineers to investigate and solve user issues, assessing the importance of the different issues based on their business impact and organizing your work around them
  • Become an expert in our internal tools and processes, instructing others and creating documentation for internal teams as well as our end users
  • Develop frameworks to generate actionable data-driven insights from bug reports and user feedback, which you will present to various stakeholders
  • Identify and craft solutions to address user pain points and optimize processes while leveraging AI, Automation and other innovative tools
  • Handle multiple topics at once while keeping clear, calm, and friendly communication to all stakeholders, even in the most stressful times

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in a Tech environment, working closely with Product and Engineering teams in Support, QA or other Specialist roles
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Grafana and BigQuery (SQL) to monitor system logs and run queries for diagnosing issues - experience with REST API, Postman or Automation tools is a plus
  • Eager to work in a fast-paced international environment, building relationships with Delivery Hero teams around the globe

We are seeking an energetic, strategic, and dynamic Director, Product Operations to lead the global Product Operations function through its next phase of evolution, “Product Ops 2.0.” In this role, you will elevate the effectiveness of our Product & Technology organisation and drive operational excellence at scale.

You will oversee a team of 17 within a ~500-FTE Product & Technology organisation, with a strong focus on transforming Product Support into a strategic operations engine that enables efficiency, accelerates execution.

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Manager – Commercial Transformation to drive high-impact commercial performance initiatives across 17 countries for our three global brands – foodora, foodpanda, and yemeksepeti. As a senior member of our specialized SWAT team, this role will take a hands-on, bottom-up approach to identifying and resolving commercial pain points, ensuring fast fixes and practical improvements that directly drive business outcomes.

Operating at the intersection of operations and strategy, the senior manager will lead the implementation of critical transformation programs, bring visibility to commercial performance across countries and functions, and work closely with local teams to test, validate, and scale solutions. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and deep commercial acumen to influence without authority, secure buy-in, and ensure adoption at scale.

You will own the strategy and execution of pricing configurations, automation, and experimentation, working closely with engineering, data science, and regional teams. We are looking for a Vice President of Developer Platform to lead our Developer Platform tribe within the Tech Foundations vertical. The position will be based in Berlin. Your mission is to improve developer productivity and experience, and ensure reliable and cost-efficient operations of our services across the Delivery Hero group. You will be responsible for our developer infrastructure and tooling that enable teams to build, deploy, and operate software.   • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, 5+ years in platform engineering.

  • Fluency in coding languages such as Go, as well as experience with infrastructure tooling, is expected.

The Consumer Product Analytics Team drives product strategy and innovation by providing actionable insights on customers and products, contributing to business success. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the experience for millions of users across our worldwide portfolio of platforms (FoodPanda, Pedidos Ya, Woowa, Yemeksepeti, Foodora, Talabat, HungerStation, eFood, and Glovo), directly impacting customer satisfaction and driving growth. Our diverse team of data professionals is based in Berlin, working closely with product directors, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to directly influence product direction. We collaborate with a larger data team, including data engineers, data scientists, and ML engineers, to share knowledge and expertise.

At Consumer Product Analytics, you will have the opportunity to access high volume, rich user behavior data, engage in end to end product development cycles, work on complex product problems, and learn from many experienced data professionals.

The main responsibilities of the Product Analytics Team include:

  • Strategic Impact & Product Leadership: Act as a key strategic data partner to product leadership, influencing product roadmap and investment decisions through deep analytical insights and foresight. Proactively identify high-impact analytical opportunities to drive significant customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Advanced Experimentation & Causal Inference: Design, implement, and rigorously analyze A/B tests and other experimental designs (e.g., multi-variate, quasi-experiments) with a strong emphasis on advanced statistical methods for robust hypothesis validation, accurate impact measurement, and understanding causal relationships. Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of our experimentation framework across multiple brands.
  • Metric Framework & OKR Ownership: Define, establish, and own comprehensive product metric frameworks and quarterly OKRs. Drive alignment on "what good looks like" across product teams, ensuring clear, measurable goals that align with strategic business outcomes.
  • Data Integrity & Tracking Excellence: Take ownership of tracking definition and work closely with various Delivery Hero brands to significantly improve the reliability, consistency, and completeness of user behavior tracking for our discovery tools. Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues at scale.
  • Scalable ETL & Reporting Solutions: Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and self-service dashboards, ensuring data accessibility and empowering product teams to make data-driven decisions independently.
  • Deep Dive & Exploratory Analysis: Conduct complex, end-to-end exploratory analyses on large-scale user behavior data (transactional, clickstream, etc.) to uncover non-obvious insights, identify root causes of trends, and directly inform product strategy and roadmap development.
  • Technical & Mentorship Leadership: Contribute significantly to the growth and development of fellow product analysts through knowledge sharing sessions, best practice dissemination, workflow optimizations, and active participation in hiring and onboarding processes. Champion and drive analytical excellence within the team and broader organization.

Qualifications

  • 9+ years of experience in product analytics or a related data-focused role, preferably within rapidly growing and dynamic environments, and with a broad mission scope or multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Search & Recommendations systems.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL and Python for complex data manipulation, analysis, and modeling. Experience with BigQuery and large-scale cloud data warehousing concepts is a strong plus.
  • Expertise in statistical methods applied to experimental design (A/B testing, multivariate tests, etc.), causal inference, and robust hypothesis validation. You should be able to navigate complex statistical challenges and explain methodologies clearly.
  • Extensive experience working with large-scale user behavior data (e.g., transactional, clickstream, app usage), including data cleaning, transformation, and analysis to derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with at least one data visualization tool such as Looker Studio (Data Studio), Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI, with a proven ability to create compelling and insightful dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including senior product managers, engineers, and business leaders. You can clearly communicate complex analytical findings and successfully drive large-scale analytics projects end-to-end (e.g., defining success metrics for a tribe, standardizing measurement across brands, or implementing new experimentation methodologies).
  • Experience with customer behavior tracking platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, MixPanel, Snowplow, Segment, Tealium).

  • Experience with Airflow, DBT, or other data pipelining tools
  • Familiarity with recommender systems, ML models, or ranking algorithms
  • Experience scaling analytics processes or experimentation programs across multiple teams or brands.
