We are looking for aSpecialist, Risk Assuranceto join GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance Team) on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

The Risk Assurance team is responsible for the company-wide framework and operating model for Group Risk Management and the Internal Control System. This role focuses primarily on risk management, with some involvement in internal control activities.

The team's purpose is to support leadership in informed decision-making by providing analysis and insights on risk exposure from uncertain events, and by guiding and validating mitigation measures to reduce critical risk levels.

This position involves frequent interaction across all organizational levels, offering exposure to business insights and decision-making processes. By engaging in risk and internal control initiatives, you will develop a comprehensive end-to-end understanding of processes while helping process owners strengthen and optimize them.

  • Assess, monitor, and communicate the impact of emerging risks, and assist in the delivering of  Group risk exposure figures.
  • Support the development of risk assessment methodologies, processes, and ensuring compliance with German risk management frameworks and audit standards (IDW PS 340 revised and 981).
  • Enhance the Group-wide risk management system, including the measurement and monitoring of major business risks.
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders across regions and entities, supporting the business in responding to key events.
  • Review regional and functional risk assessments, as well as the maintenance of our Risk Management Tools.
  • Compile presentations, reports, and communications of key risk figures, concepts, and other analysis for internal stakeholders (senior management, risk and audit committees) and external regulators (auditors and regulators).

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of practical experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational, Financial, or Non-Financial Risk Management. CRMP or RMP certification is a plus.
  • Risk Management Frameworks & Standards: Demonstrates understanding of COSO, ISO 31000, and audit standards (IDW PS 340, 981) governing risk assurance activities.
  • Policy Application: Ability to apply relevant policies impacting the organization and its customers.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, particularly in data analytics and statistics, are highly desirable.
  • Financial Acumen: Understands the financial impact of decisions to drive projects and analyses that support the organization’s mission. Able to read and analyse corporate financial documents, such as P&L, B/S, liquidity planning, Risk Bearing Capacity, etc.
  • Risk Management Cycle: Proficient in the risk management cycle, including identifying risk exposure from internal and external decisions, comparing it to corporate risk appetite, and designing/implementing mitigation strategies.

Become a Tax Hero - About the opportunity

We are on the lookout for a Tax Manager (German Wage Tax/Global Mobility) to join the Tax Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

We specialize in various areas of taxation, including tax compliance, transfer pricing, personal income tax, indirect tax, and international tax.   • Your major focus area is German wage tax, including tax technically driven assessments and providing pragmatic implementation advice, drafting of wage tax rulings as well as handling wage tax audits.
  • You will also support the organization on complex tax matters concerning globally mobile employees (e.g. for international assignments and remote/foreign hires). In particular, you will take ownership of preparing and reviewing tax assessments from a Permanent Establishment, Income Tax and Wage Tax/Payroll perspective for global mobility cases as well as advise the organization on implementation and structuring questions.

We are seeking a strong Senior/Principal Technical Product Manager to lead the development of Tier 1 systems in the Navigation team, positioned within QC Merchandising value stream in the Commercial Tribe. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, analytics, and platform teams, to define, prioritize, and deliver highly technical product solutions that directly impact user experience and business metrics related to category browsing and item discoverability within curated collections. You will be instrumental in shaping the technical architecture, data models, and API approaches for our core navigation systems, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and future-proof.   • Drive the Technical Strategy & Roadmap for Navigation Systems: Define the vision and strategic roadmap for highly technical, data-driven systems that power category listings, curated collections, and other navigational assets across various real estates within the QC space. Ensure alignment with overall business objectives, merchandising opportunities, and customer experience goals. This includes identifying technical dependencies, anticipating future needs, and making informed trade-offs.
  • Own Metrics & Performance: Establish and monitor success metrics related to navigation usage, item discoverability within categories, and conversion, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization. You will co-define key performance indicators (KPIs) for system health, latency, and throughput, collaborating with engineering to ensure monitoring and alerting are robust.
  • Partner with Engineering & Data Science: Collaborate closely with engineering and data science to implement scalable navigation systems and leverage data pipelines that support adaptive data strategies for displaying collections and categories. You will be expected to participate in technical design discussions, understand system architecture, challenge assumptions, and provide clear technical requirements.

This role will focus on managing employee relations cases, providing advice and guidance to both managers and employees, and ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies. We are on the lookout for a Director, Product Management – (Logistics, Customer Pricing) to lead our Pricing Domain within the Customer Product Line. The Pricing Domain defines how customers are charged in 70+ countries and is key to driving both growth and profitability. This role shapes how we design, operate, and evolve our pricing mechanisms at scale.

You will own the strategy and execution of pricing configurations, automation, and experimentation, working closely with engineering, data science, and regional teams. You'll ensure local teams have the flexibility they need, while maintaining consistency and measurable business impact globally. Your Mission:

Your Mission:

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for reporting across Display Ads – from data tracking and aggregation to dashboards and downloadable reports.
  • Define and evolve core reporting metrics, ensuring consistency, reliability, and relevance to business objectives.
  • Work closely with Data Engineers, Analysts, Backend and Frontend Engineers, and the UX/UI team to design intuitive and scalable dashboards that surface key campaign insights.
