What You'll Do

  • Drive the vision of the game from inception to final deliverable, ensuring a flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with Games Mathematicians and Prototypers to define, maintain, and document game design requirements.

About the Role

The Solutions Engineering team at Metronome is a technical group that sits at the intersection of everything Metronome does: sales, account management, product, R&D, and operations. Bottom line, we own the technical side of the customer lifecycle from the very first discovery call through demos, POC, technical scoping, and handover to our post-sales groups. We act like a producer to get the show running with Metronome. This role will train you to grow across these vectors.

Please note: this role requires you to be in our NYC office at least 3 days / week. We do not offer sponsorship for this role.

What You'll Do

As a member of the Solutions Engineering team, your first month will be:

  • Learning to tell a clear value story about how and where Metronome solves challenges and creates opportunities in a modern monetization stack.
  • Assisting in planning, building, and running customized demos of Metronome for buyers with many different personas (engineering, product management, operations, finance, etc).

In your first 3 months, you can expect to:

  • Become proficient in what discovery is and using it to understand what challenges our prospects face
  • Travel to meet prospects in the field. Workshops, conferences, on-sites — we believe in meeting our customers in-person whenever possible.
  • Land deals for some of the most exciting names in software, from startups to enterprise SaaS.

In 6 months you’ll be:

  • Owning knowledge areas, projects, tools, and market segments in the the Solutions Engineering team.
  • Running tight Proofs of Concept with clearly-defined success criteria that get us to the technical win.
  • Representing the Solutions Engineering group as a deal team member on your own.
  • Handling detailed scoping to ensure that customers are set up for success post-sales.

In your first year you’ll have:

  • Built relationships with people at our prospect organizations, from day-to-day operators to C-Suite executives.
  • Designed integrations of Metronome into prospect systems and acted as a pricing and packaging consultant, influencing the direction of our future customers.

Qualifications

This is roughly the set of things we’re looking for - if you’re interested in this role and don’t meet some of these on paper, err on the side of applying!

  • 0-2 years of experience working in a technical and/or customer-facing roles involving SaaS products (for example, roles like engineering, solutions, technical account management/consulting). Academic background in a technical area with high EQ is also sought after.
  • Relentless passion for being a hand-raiser. Big challenges are exciting, small tasks are an opportunity for a win. From landing big clients to simply cleaning up an old dashboard you’re interested in learning and getting things done.
  • Growth mindset is critical in being able to learn new things quickly, adapt on the fly, and operate in fast-moving startup environments that value high agency.
  • Exceptional communication skills -- technical, go-to-market, and finance stakeholders should all feel like comfortable counterparts in conversing with you.
  • Excitement for building and improving GTM playbooks and processes.

Bonus Points

  • Knowledge of the quote-to-cash space, including integrating with or otherwise interacting with tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, CPQs, etc.
  • Experience as a software engineer, product manager, or in other technical roles.
  • Experience in a pure sales role, particularly selling to technical buyers in engineering and product organizations or selling as a founding or early salesperson at a startup.
  • Experience with logs, metrics, billing, finance, or other infrastructure or financial tooling and concepts.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $103,000 - $120,000 OTE. In addition to your salary, Metronome offers a competitive total rewards package, including but not limited to market-benched equity, incentive pay, comprehensive health benefits, and other benefits listed below.

The actual base salary will vary based on factors including market value, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process, and previous experience. The listed range above should serve as a guideline and may be modified at any time.

We also conduct an annual pay audit to ensure pay is fair, indexed to market value, and that pay takes into account continued performance at Metronome. We are looking for a Revenue & Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to be the second hire on the Revenue/AR team at a high-growth startup.

You’ll start with a strong focus on AR — invoicing, collections, disputes — and have the chance to expand into broader revenue operations and accounting over time. Beyond the tasks, we’re looking for a star collaborator: someone independent enough to manage recurring processes in a remote environment, but collaborative enough to share context, communicate proactively, and help us continuously improve.

This is a highly visible role. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance leadership, and your contributions will have a direct impact on cash flow, customer relationships, and revenue reporting.

What You'll Do

Accounts Receivable (Core Focus)

  • Maintain AR aging schedules
  • Execute dunning cadence and partner with Sales/CS on collections
  • Prepare and send invoices (including usage-based billing reconciliations when applicable)
  • Monitor customer-facing inboxes; triage/respond to customer requests
  • Manage billing portals, purchase orders, and customer payment documentation

Revenue Operations (Growth Path)

  • Support contract processing and invoicing
  • Assist with month-end close by preparing AR reconciliations and supporting revenue schedules
  • Partner with Director of Revenue & AR on upcoming changes to revenue recognition methodology, with exposure to ASC 606 application in a SaaS environment
  • Depending on experience/interest: reporting, reconciliation reviews, integration troubleshooting

Process & Systems

  • Contribute to documentation and continuous process improvements
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen controls and streamline recurring workflows
  • Support upcoming system and tooling updates (e.g., ERP/billing integrations, usage platforms, etc.)
  • Leverage prior system experience to help with testing, troubleshooting, and process transitions

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years of experience in AR, billing, or accounting (career AR path or early-stage accountant both welcome)
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced startup environment; a self-starter who takes ownership, but also a team player who thrives on partnership and collaboration
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring cycles with limited oversight
  • Clear communicator who shares updates proactively and builds trust across teams

What you'll need to be successful:

 The Global VP of HR Shared Services is responsible for leading and overseeing the HR shared services function across multiple regions.

A strategic enterprise leader responsible for designing, scaling, and optimizing how HR delivers high-impact, data-driven, and technology-enabled solutions to the business. What You’ll Do

  • Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
  • Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
  • Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues.
  • Complete Pre-Site Surveys, follow the schedule, and perform service activities assigned.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and follow the parts inventory process.
  • Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation.
  • Report on trends, needs, and service challenges.
  • Review pre-install documents to determine if parts will be needed to complete the installation.
  • Gather and report accurately on service activities by using field service management reporting tools.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop a globally distributed team of Commercial Account Managers.
  • Analyze and expand business operations toward sustained growth.
  • Lead the prioritization of crucial projects within the commercial team.
  • Monitor revenue streams and identify strategic opportunities to increase revenues.
  • Evaluate, develop, and improve internal business processes.
  • Develop relationships with key customers and strengthen industry partnerships.
  • Liaise internally with Management, other Business Units, BI, Delivery, etc., to align strategies for achieving objectives.
  • Deliver the GGR/Revenue budget based on Quarterly targets.
  • Identify strategic areas/markets of growth, develop and carry out the go-to-market plan in conjunction with the VP of Revenue.
  • Prioritize different tasks and the Team’s focus based on revenue, importance to the business, market requirements, and regulations.
  • Guide, mentor, and lead the AM team from the front.
  • Work closely with the Partnership team to prioritize key connections.
  • Collaborate with various departments within the organization to facilitate the expansion of the commercial team.
  • Support the internal Content teams in growing their revenues.
  • Hire and onboard quality AMs that fit in the company culture; manage under-performing AMs.
  • Monthly reporting to the Senior Management team.

  • 2+ years of experience in a senior account management role.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to influence thinking and gain acceptance of ideas in sensitive situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems successfully in a matrix and complex organization.
  • Experience in leading change and organizational innovation within a large corporate organization.
  • Comfortable with networking and interacting with a variety of teams and collaborators.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to find opportunities and associated risks.
  • Strong communication skills, taking the time to hear candidates, hiring managers, and co-workers.

What You'll Do

  • Self-prospecting to build a strong sales pipeline of new logos, striving to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, as well as partnering with the Marketing and SDR teams to generate meetings
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (especially Sales Ops and Sales Engineers) to ensure sales effectiveness
  • Have a depth of understanding regarding customer needs in the voice AI space, competition, and Deepgram products to be able to articulate Deepgram’s value proposition fully to highly technical buyers
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, work with CSMs to drive upsell opportunities and manage existing accounts ongoing

  • Familiarity with Challenger or Triangle sales methodology
  • Experience selling to a technical audience in a similar space

  • Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or AI/ML technologies.
  • Fluency in German, French, Dutch, or other major regional languages.
