There is no organization in the world that understands voice better than Deepgram.

Company Operating Rhythm

============================

At Deepgram, we expect an AI-first mindset—AI use and comfort aren’t optional, they’re core to how we operate, innovate, and measure performance.

Every team member who works at Deepgram is expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, and even build your own into your everyday work. We measure how effectively AI is applied to deliver results, and consistent, creative use of the latest AI capabilities is key to success here. Candidates should be comfortable adopting new models and modes quickly, integrating AI into their workflows, and continuously pushing the boundaries of what these technologies can do.

Additionally, we move at the pace of AI. Change is rapid, and you can expect your day-to-day work to evolve just as quickly. This may not be the right role if you’re not excited to experiment, adapt, think on your feet, and learn constantly, or if you’re seeking something highly prescriptive with a traditional 9-to-5.

The Opportunity

Deepgram is seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts for our Speech-to-Text (STT) business. As the foundation of Deepgram’s voice AI platform, our STT API powers mission-critical enterprise applications across industries such as contact centers, healthcare, and retail. In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution to strengthen Deepgram’s leadership position, showcase customer success, and accelerate adoption of our next-generation Nova and Flux models and custom offerings.

This is a high-visibility role with immediate impact, where you will translate technical innovation into compelling narratives, equip the sales team to win competitive deals, and ensure Deepgram maintains its edge as the enterprise-grade standard for STT.

What You’ll Do

  • Own messaging and positioning for Deepgram’s STT products, highlighting accuracy, speed, scalability, and compliance for enterprise use cases.
  • Develop GTM strategies and campaigns that drive adoption of new Nova & Flux model releases and vertical-specific custom models.
  • Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering to create competitive battlecards, objection-handling guides, and customer-facing collateral.
  • Collaborate with Product to influence the roadmap with market insights, customer needs, and competitive trends.
  • Build case studies, testimonials, and proof points that reinforce Deepgram’s leadership in STT.
  • Enable demand generation with clear value propositions, website content, and SEO strategy tied to “speech-to-text” and enterprise-focused search intent.
  • Track performance of STT campaigns and GTM initiatives, ensuring data-driven improvements.

You’ll Love This Role If You

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where strategic partnerships drive business success.
  • Enjoy working at the intersection of technology, marketing, and business development.
  • Are skilled at crafting narratives that appeal to partners and end customers alike.
  • Have a deep understanding of how to position technology solutions in a way that resonates with technical and business audiences.
  • Appreciate the value of strong customer relationships and recognize the role marketing plays in reinforcing retention and advocacy.

It’s Important To Us That You Have

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in tech, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling business benefits.
  • A creative and strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and drive alignment across marketing, sales, and partner teams.

It Would Be Great if You Had

  • Direct experience in partner, solutions, or customer marketing with a track record of executing successful go-to-market initiatives.
  • Experience in AI/ML, speech recognition, or developer-focused technologies.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.

Our tech advantage is end-to-end deep learning, but our strength lies in our diversity of people, ideas, and experiences that allow our company to create amazing Voice AI products for people who are true innovators in the field. We believe every voice should be heard—and understood—from our transcriptions to our customers to our employees. Come join our revolution to unlock the power of voice technology for everyone. We want to hear what you’ve got to say!

Backed by prominent investors including Y Combinator, Madrona, Tiger Global, Wing VC and NVIDIA, Deepgram has raised over $85 million in total funding. If you're looking to work on cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact in the AI industry, we'd love to hear from you!

Deepgram is an equal opportunity employer. We want all voices and perspectives represented in our workforce. We are a curious bunch focused on collaboration and doing the right thing. We put our customers first, grow together and move quickly. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, pregnancy, parental status, genetic information, political affiliation, or any other status protected by the laws or regulations in the locations where we operate.

We are happy to provide accommodations for applicants who need them.

Company Operating Rhythm

============================

-------------------

We are looking for a Revenue & Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to be the second hire on the Revenue/AR team at a high-growth startup.

You’ll start with a strong focus on AR — invoicing, collections, disputes — and have the chance to expand into broader revenue operations and accounting over time. Beyond the tasks, we’re looking for a star collaborator: someone independent enough to manage recurring processes in a remote environment, but collaborative enough to share context, communicate proactively, and help us continuously improve.

This is a highly visible role. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance leadership, and your contributions will have a direct impact on cash flow, customer relationships, and revenue reporting.

What You'll Do

------------------

Accounts Receivable (Core Focus)

  • Maintain AR aging schedules
  • Execute dunning cadence and partner with Sales/CS on collections
  • Prepare and send invoices (including usage-based billing reconciliations when applicable)
  • Monitor customer-facing inboxes; triage/respond to customer requests
  • Manage billing portals, purchase orders, and customer payment documentation

Revenue Operations (Growth Path)

  • Support contract processing and invoicing
  • Assist with month-end close by preparing AR reconciliations and supporting revenue schedules
  • Partner with Director of Revenue & AR on upcoming changes to revenue recognition methodology, with exposure to ASC 606 application in a SaaS environment
  • Depending on experience/interest: reporting, reconciliation reviews, integration troubleshooting

Process & Systems

  • Contribute to documentation and continuous process improvements
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen controls and streamline recurring workflows
  • Support upcoming system and tooling updates (e.g., ERP/billing integrations, usage platforms, etc.)
  • Leverage prior system experience to help with testing, troubleshooting, and process transitions

Who You Are

---------------

  • 2–4 years of experience in AR, billing, or accounting (career AR path or early-stage accountant both welcome)
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced startup environment; a self-starter who takes ownership, but also a team player who thrives on partnership and collaboration
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring cycles with limited oversight
  • Clear communicator who shares updates proactively and builds trust across teams
  • Curious and motivated to broaden into revenue accounting/ops or committed to deepening as an AR expert
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with ERP or billing systems (Ordway, NetSuite, Stripe, Avalara, Xero) is a plus

Why This Role

-----------------

  • Be the second hire on the Revenue/AR team at a high-growth startup
  • Immediate ownership of AR processes with direct impact on cash flow
  • Highly visible role — partner with Sales, CS, and Finance leadership
  • Clear growth path: expand into revenue accounting/ops or deepen AR specialization
  • Exposure to SaaS subscription and usage-based billing, an in-demand skill set
  • Flexible scope/title based on background: Specialist (career AR) or Analyst (AR with revenue ops trajectory)
