Join our Technology Group, which is responsible for developing cutting-edge technology for gaming platforms, Game Development Kits, Tools, and Analytics Engines used globally in casinos and digital games.

We are looking for a Senior SRE/DevOps engineer who is passionate about increasing system development and business agility. This may involve software configuration management and deployments, automation, working on diverse platforms like Windows Desktop, Linux, web, mobile, etc., and supporting various delivery teams. You will be part of the DevOps team responsible for installing, configuring, automating, and maintaining the development and testing environment based on the needs of Aristocrat’s Design & Development teams and the accredited Test Facilities. Additionally, you'll cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, business partners, and technical peers across the organization.

  • Drive the SRE function within Aristocrat Labs working with leadership to refine the SRE role and responsibilities over time
  • Educate and collaborate with delivery teams to drive strategy, features and enhancements that improve observability and reliability back into our products
  • Develop, streamline and improve tools, processes, and best practices to reduce overall cost and manual effort, improve our ability to rapidly recover and effectively monitor custom applications in a large-scale UNIX environment.
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain the CI/CD/CT framework to support software product development and deployments.
  • Design, build, maintain, and automate deployment of multiple environments on GCP using infrastructure-as-code approach.
  • Work closely with partner teams, various R&D groups, and stakeholders to establish, track and report on SLO’s, SLI’s and SLA’s for our products and services
  • Monitor, support and troubleshoot issues with A-Labs services and cloud infrastructure, responding to incidents, participating in root cause analysis, and isolating build/deployment issues due to code issues.
  • Plan and support the growth of A-Labs GDK infrastructure as you assist in the roll-out and deployment of new product features and installations to new cloud infrastructure.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years proven experience as a Site Reliability/DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer working in a production environment
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing deployment pipelines using CI/CD best practices, methodologies and tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, CircleCI, and GitHub Actions
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture – components, networking, and design principles - specializing in Google Cloud Platform (certification preferred)
  • Experience working with Configuration Management tools (e.g. Chef, Puppet, Ansible)
  • Experience with monitoring and log analysis tools such as ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, Splunk
  • Expertise in scripting/programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, Bash along with experience in Github
  • Proven experience working with and troubleshooting in Unix/Linux and Windows servers in virtualized environments

We are seeking a passionate, customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our energetic team in Field Operations. As a Field Service Technician for Aristocrat Gaming, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, converting, installing, maintaining, repairing, and removing gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers with little assistance. You will be an immediate value add to the organization by ensuring the seamless operation of our customer’s gaming facilities by providing timely and efficient technical support.

This is an entry-level position. You will complete a robust, hands-on, and virtual training program throughout your first 6 months.

  • Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
  • Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
  • Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues.
  • Complete Pre-Site Surveys, follow schedule, and perform service activities assigned.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and follow parts inventory process.
  • Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation.
  • Report on trends, needs, and service challenges.
  • Review pre-install documents to determine which parts will be needed to complete the installation.
  • Gather and report accurately on service activities by utilizing field service management reporting tools.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service daily.
  • Self-direct and carry out day-to-day tasks with little direction.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Have a clean and valid driver’s license and maintain an insurable driving record.
  • Able to obtain gaming license as required (Gaming License requirements will vary depending on location. Upon hire, Aristocrat will assist with application, payment, and renewal).
  • Willing to do daily travel in assigned territory. Regional and national travel may be up to 30%.

The Global Legal Corporate Center of Excellence oversees corporate matters such as governance, disclosures, transactions, and securities compliance.   • Prepare, file, and monitor U.S. entity registrations in collaboration with internal stakeholders and third-party providers.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in achieving compliance with all statutory requirements by collaborating with relevant stakeholders and following established protocols.
  • Perform legal research and prepare reports and summaries as needed.
  • Assist with corporate and governance matters, including half-year and full-year reporting and annual general meeting processes.

Contract Review & Management

  • Under the direction of in-house counsel, draft, process, revise, track, and file various commercial agreements to support business operations, including work for different Centers of Excellence such as Gaming, Aristocrat Interactive, Privacy, and Pixel United.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years as a paralegal, preferably in a corporate legal or legal operations environment.
  • A paralegal certificate and a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in U.S. entity registration processes and corporate filings
  • Basic knowledge of contract management and legal technology platforms.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Production Team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and troubleshoot new and existing software within time and scope of the integration.

We’re looking for a talented, creative, and enthusiastic 2D Animator to join us on a NEW journey, creating and bringing to life a new game with an exciting IP. In this role, you will report to and work with the Art Director on features for the project that play to your strengths.

As a Field Engineer II, you will serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customer sites, overseeing and coordinating complex technical projects. You will provide pre-sales consultation, implementation, and post-sales support of ATI gaming systems, ensuring system stability and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and help drive continuous improvement in system deployments.

  • Act as the technical lead for assigned customer sites, ensuring project alignment with business needs.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute software installations, upgrades, and hardware/network configurations.
  • Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for software, firmware, and hardware issues.
  • Manage project planning and resource allocation, ensuring timely execution with minimal oversight.
  • Ensure regulatory and operational compliance by working closely with compliance stakeholders.
  • Perform audits of existing installations to maintain compliance with standards.
  • Develop and document after-action reports, process improvements, and best practices.
  • Mentor and support Field Engineer I team members in developing their technical and project management skills.
  • Travel up to 75% to support client locations and project activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of relevant technical experience in IT, gaming systems, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration, networking, and virtualization.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, containers, and enterprise networking technologies.
  • Understanding of relational database administration and management.
  • Experience working with clustered servers and SAN environments is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
  • Technical certifications such as A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco are highly desirable.
  • Experience in casino or gaming environments is preferred but not required.
  • Must be eligible to obtain relevant Tribal Gaming Licenses.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. during hardware installation.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
  • Must be able to travel and work in varying environments, including customer sites with noise or smoke exposure.

Work Environment

Work is performed in office, customer site, and lab environments. This role requires some exposure to active casino gaming floors.
