About the Role

We’re looking for a talented, business-minded attorney to join Metronome as our first in-house Legal Counsel. Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, you will have broad responsibility across commercial, privacy, and corporate matters, with a primary focus on supporting our go-to-market teams. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Finance, Security, and Product to structure and negotiate high-value customer agreements, streamline deal processes, and ensure compliance with evolving privacy and data protection frameworks.

This is a unique opportunity to build alongside a rapidly scaling infrastructure company. You’ll operate as a true generalist: drafting and negotiating contracts, managing privacy obligations, advising on product and partnership initiatives, and setting up the foundational systems that will allow the legal function to scale. What You'll Do

  • Own the lifecycle of revenue contracts: structure, draft, and negotiate enterprise SaaS agreements, order forms, DPAs, SLAs, SOWs, partner and reseller agreements, and NDAs.
  • Lead deal desk. Create playbooks, fallback positions, and templates that compress cycle time while maintaining risk posture.
  • Drive privacy and data governance. Operationalize GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and global privacy requirements in our products and processes, including DPAs, data mapping, vendor diligence, and incident response in partnership with Security.
  • Build the function. Stand up lightweight processes, cadences, and tooling. Educate teams on playbooks and negotiation strategy.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Security, Finance, and Customer Success to close complex enterprise deals quickly while protecting long-term interests.
  • Support corporate work. Partner on entity maintenance, board consents, cap table mechanics, and routine compliance.
  • Pragmatic risk management in service of speed and customer trust.
  • Clear writing, strong frameworks, and consistent positions that help Sales win.

  • Expert command of enterprise SaaS contracting, including data privacy, security addenda, IP, indemnities, and liability allocation.

Compensation

The estimated total compensation range for this role is $260,000 - $320,000. About the Role

As a leader in the RevOps organization, the Head of Revenue Operations is responsible for the performance, strategy, and alignment of revenue operations in the company. About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on security generalist to build Metronome's security program as we scale. Security is critical to Metronome, and we've architected our products with security in mind from the get-go—zero trust architecture, principle of least privilege, first-class in-product RBAC and access controls, and strong SOC 1 & SOC 2 compliance. As we grow, we need a dedicated security leader who can build our security team and program, own the program management side of security, and tackle the customer assurance work that needs focused ownership.

In this role, you'll be the face of security at Metronome, owning our entire security function with a focus on customer trust building, risk reduction, and engineering enablement. You'll get your hands dirty with everything from SOC audits to security questionnaires to vulnerability management, building the security organization from the ground up. Initially, you'll be a hands-on contributor getting the program off the ground. As we grow, you'll hire and lead the function.

The ideal candidate is an opinionated software engineer who focuses on security, understands how secure software gets built, and can build strong relationships with our engineering organization and customers.

Security Program Management

  • Take ownership of Metronome's entire security posture, handling everything from vulnerability management to policy updates
  • Coordinate penetration testing, security assessments, and incident response as the primary security point person
  • Manage security tooling, monitoring, and the day-to-day "grungy" security work that keeps us secure
  • Balance multiple security initiatives and priorities across the organization

Customer Trust Building

  • Own all customer-facing security work: questionnaires, compliance calls, security reviews, and technical due diligence
  • Manage SOC 1 & SOC 2 audits end-to-end and expand compliance framework as customer requirements grow
  • Serve as the definitive security voice for sales calls, customer meetings, and enterprise security discussions
  • Transform our customer assurance process from shared ownership to dedicated, streamlined execution

Engineering Enablement

  • Partner with our 50+ engineer engineering team to maintain security excellence while minimizing development friction, creating a “pit of success”, where building secure software is the natural, easy path
  • Review security architecture decisions and provide security guidance that accelerates rather than blocks development
  • Build security processes that scale with our engineering culture and rapid growth pace

Future Organization Building

  • Set the security vision and roadmap for Metronome's security program
  • Initially execute against that roadmap as an individual contributor, but define and hire against the roadmap to build your team

About the Role

We’re looking for someone seasoned in Demand Generation to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of programs that generate and accelerate pipeline across enterprise and strategic segments. This is a critical leadership role focused on aligning marketing with sales to target high-value accounts, expand deal velocity, and drive measurable revenue impact.

This role will lead account-based marketing (ABM), lifecycle campaigns, outbound acceleration programs, and campaign infrastructure in close partnership with Product Marketing, Field, SDR, and RevOps. You’ll architect a modern demand engine that scales with us as we grow and compete head-on with the biggest names in our category.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced engineer to join us in building, scaling, and operationalizing the next generation of Metronome’s powerful billing platform.

What You'll Do

  • Create, own, and evolve high performance, high throughput services that power Metronome’s powerful billing product
  • Define SLOs and SLAs to hold ourselves accountable to a high standard of reliability across the entire product surface area
  • Evolve and reimagine the tools used across Metronome engineering and Go-to-market
  • Design new systems to withstand the test of continued growth
  • Collaborate with your peers across Engineering on all of the above

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of work experience working on high scale/throughput systems
  • Ability to debug and refactor complex and complicated code
  • Ability to architect and fully spec new systems and changes to complex existing systems with an active, dynamic, ever-growing customer base
  • Ability to communicate ideas, concepts, and processes in a clear way

Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this role is $156,000 - $195,000. In addition to your base salary, Metronome offers a competitive total rewards package, including but not limited to, market-benched equity, sales incentive pay (for eligible roles), comprehensive health benefits, and other benefits listed below.

The actual base salary will vary based on factors including market value, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process, and previous experience. The listed range above should serve as a guideline and may be modified at any time.

  • Act as the primary escalation point for tricky client issues, troubleshooting with internal teams and proactively managing risks to maintain high client satisfaction.

  • Drive end-to-end project plans for complex deployments, coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables across internal and client teams.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in a related post-sales function or customer engagement role
  • Ownership of a strategic book of business and measurable success metrics
  • Excellent project management skills and experience managing complex projects across multiple teams
  • Ability to own and identify growth opportunities and execute on strategic account plans to drive long-term customer growth
  • Natural relationship builder who loves to spend time with customers
  • Technical aptitude to build credibility with and act as an advisor to CTOs/CPOs in matters of data, pricing, and billing

Bonus Points

  • Communicate with a broad range of stakeholders, CEO/CTOs, product, engineering, finance
  • High degree of ownership, paired with a strong ability to prioritize
  • Experience working with customers as a founder or early hire at a software company
  • Familiarity with financial concepts or pricing/billing
  • Experience in management consulting or enterprise SaaS company

Compensation

The estimated OTE range for this role is $150,000 - $250,000. The Product Engineering team at Metronome is responsible for crafting billing solutions for our self-serve and enterprise customers. This role offers the opportunity to explore how businesses bill their customers, unlock insights from usage data, and deliver a delightful user experience through APIs and UI. As a product engineer, you will be working in Squad, a cross-functional team to deliver specific mission.
