We are looking for talented Junior Full Stack Developers (3-5 years of experience) to join our growing team at Blitzy headquarters. You will work on critical aspects of our product alongside experienced engineers and directly with our founding team. This position offers significant growth opportunities as you'll contribute to both front-end and back-end development while learning about the cutting edge of AI-powered software creation. • You learn and apply Generative AI tools to enhance your development productivity
  • You grow technically under the mentorship of senior engineers while maintaining ownership of your work
  • You make thoughtful technical decisions with guidance, balancing immediate needs with long-term considerations
  • You take pride in the features you build and the code you ship
  • You work collaboratively with designers, product managers, and other engineers
  • You show curiosity about new technologies and continuously expand your technical skillset
  • You learn quickly and apply new concepts to solve practical problems
  • You seek and incorporate feedback to improve your work
  • You communicate effectively about technical challenges and solutions
  • You bring a positive, can-do attitude to challenging problems

Areas of Ownership

As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you'll work across our technology stack with opportunities to develop expertise in:

  • Professional development budget
  • The opportunity to work at the cutting edge of AI and software development
  • Modern office in Cambridge's innovation hub
  • Regular team events and activities
  • Flexibility to maintain work-life balance

Our Culture

Who we are: Our founding team is composed of a Serial Gen AI Inventor and a Serial Entrepreneur. We work hard, have a curious mind-set, and believe in a low-ego high output approach.

We love to move fast on all 'two-way door' decisions. A good decision made today is better than a 'perfect' decision in 1 week.

We believe in the importance of being an 'everyday athlete' so you can bring your best mind to work. We promote getting great sleep, motion/movement in daily, along with whatever other type of restorative activity gets you to optimal mental performance. It makes for a happier and more productive team.

We emphasize mentorship and growth, providing junior team members with opportunities to learn from experienced engineers and advance their careers.

What We Ask Of You

Please ask yourself if you are ready for a challenge before applying. Even in optimal conditions, Start-Ups are hard, and are always a lot of work. What you do week to week will change. If this feels exciting, not concerning, that's a good sign.

This role requires continuous learning and adaptability. We have experienced leaders to guide you, but you should be comfortable with some ambiguity and ready to grow rapidly. If you're excited by the opportunity to develop both technically and professionally in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

To apply

Apply through this posting with your resume and a brief note about why you're interested in Blitzy.

Engineering a IT

Nejčastěji mají kolegové v IT nastavený poměr 2 : 3 ve prospěch home officu.

Chci do práce jezdit autem.
