Lo que harás

  • Planificar, construir y mantener servicios front-end (Unity) y back-end (APIs, microservicios, bases de datos) para mejorar herramientas y flujos de trabajo.
  • Implementar características seguras, escalables y de alto rendimiento que se integren con las bases de código e infraestructuras de juegos existentes.
  • Crear y mantener herramientas personalizadas del editor de Unity para automatizar tareas repetitivas, como flujos de trabajo de creación de contenido, pipelines de construcción y verificaciones de rendimiento.
  • Aprovechar las APIs de scripting de Unity para integrar servicios de IA y automatizar pasos manuales en los procesos de desarrollo y liveops.
  • Desarrollar y optimizar aplicaciones del lado del servidor y microservicios que impulsen funciones de IA, procesamiento de datos y análisis en tiempo real.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de DevOps en pipelines de CI/CD para la automatización de pruebas, despliegue y monitoreo de soluciones.
  • Trabajar estrechamente con científicos de datos y especialistas en IA para integrar modelos de aprendizaje automático, agentes autónomos y otras técnicas avanzadas de IA en sistemas Unity y backend.
  • Evaluar nuevas herramientas y marcos de IA para entender si son viables para la integración y si aportan valor al negocio.

  • Identificar proactivamente áreas de optimización, nuevas herramientas o mejoras de procesos.

Lo que buscamos

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia profesional en desarrollo full stack, preferiblemente en un contexto de gaming.
  • Más de 1 año de experiencia profesional en desarrollo e implementación de IA y automatización.
  • Dominio de Unity (C#) con experiencia demostrada en la creación de herramientas del editor, módulos de juego o características de liveops.
  • Sólida experiencia en desarrollo back-end con un lenguaje moderno (por ejemplo, Java, C#, Python o Node.js) y marcos (por ejemplo, ASP.NET, Django, Express).
  • Experiencia con bases de datos (SQL y/o NoSQL) y en la creación de arquitecturas RESTful APIs o microservicios.
  • Familiaridad con prácticas y herramientas de DevOps y CI/CD (Git, Docker, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Comprensión demostrada de las mejores prácticas de ingeniería de software (patrones de diseño, revisiones de código, pruebas y control de versiones).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración, con la capacidad de trabajar de manera multifuncional en un entorno ágil.
  • Experiencia con marcos de IA/ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch, APIs de OpenAI) o en la integración de servicios de IA de terceros es una ventaja.
  • Experiencia en plataformas en la nube (AWS, Azure o GCP), incluida la computación serverless, la orquestación de contenedores (Kubernetes) y la infraestructura como código es una ventaja.

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of company facilities (EUIC). This role involves coordinating preventive maintenance and repairs, managing vendors, monitoring building systems, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

·       Ensure all Health and Safety tasks are carried out and enforced within good time

Delivery Hero is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Central AdTech team, focusing on Display Ads – Retention. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end strategy, development, and enhancement of reporting capabilities for our global Display Advertising platform.  

You will own how we track, measure, visualize, and report performance across all Display Ads campaigns — making key metrics transparent, actionable, and accessible to a wide range of internal and external users. Your work will directly support advertisers, commercial teams, and stakeholders in making data-informed decisions and optimizing campaign effectiveness.

Your Mission:

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for reporting across Display Ads – from data tracking and aggregation to dashboards and downloadable reports.
  • Define and evolve core reporting metrics, ensuring consistency, reliability, and relevance to business objectives.
  • Work closely with Data Engineers, Analysts, Backend and Frontend Engineers, and the UX/UI team to design intuitive and scalable dashboards that surface key campaign insights.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams, account managers, and other business stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into clear product requirements.
  • Ensure our reporting tools are self-serve, robust, and tailored to different user personas, enabling both real-time and historical analysis.
  • Lead initiatives to improve data quality, instrumentation, and accuracy of performance reporting.
  • Be an advocate for data-driven decision making, supporting experimentation, attribution models, and ongoing performance improvements.

What you need to be successful

  • 10+ years of building and delivering scalable, distributed systems using microservices, APIs, and data processing (streaming & batch).
  • Proficient in Golang/Java, with strong knowledge of storage systems like DynamoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, BigQuery and Redis.
  • Skilled in AWS, GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code, with experience in cloud cost optimization.
  • Familiar with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, with a strong focus on scalability, monitoring, and reliability.
  • proven ability to lead technical initiatives across teams, work independently or collaboratively, and empower others through pragmatic decision-making.
  • Excellent in written and verbal English, capable of clearly explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in handling Tier1 mission critical high traffic services
  • You’ve built complex, high-quality applications, and have a strong knowledge of Domain Driven Design and microservice architecture with kubernetes.
  • You’re proficient in selecting from best practice Design Patterns and Design Principles when  building your Software Architectures and Algorithms
  • Flexible and open-minded personality and comfortable working in a multicultural environment and in English.

We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager, Adtech Demand Tools to join our AdTech team and to help scale our growing advertising business and always deliver amazing experiences.

At Delivery Hero, we are exploring the potential of AdTech to introduce people to new food they love and to enable our partners to meet their future customers at the perfect moment. A range of products that we have developed to offer advertising solutions for restaurants, which help them increase their visibility and reach, improve their order conversion, and eventually drive more sales by covering the entire marketing funnel.

Operating across about 50 countries around the clock, our AdTech connects the ideal advertiser with the ideal customer millions of times every day. In 2024/25, AdTech is a fundamental area for us on our path to profitability and is predicted to generate more than 1 billion euros in revenue for Delivery Hero; our innovative tech and product offering is the backbone of that development.

In this role, you are expected to bring exceptional product sense and a passion for creating data-driven restaurant / brand (CPGs) facing products. This is a strategic and high-impact role where you’ll lead the vision, roadmap and execution of our advertising products

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for core AdTech initiatives, with a focus on building intuitive, high-performing restaurant-facing tools (e.g., self-serve ad managers, campaign creation flows, reporting dashboards).
  • Define and evolve the product strategy, grounded in user research, market insights, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with UX/design and data science to craft seamless, insight-rich user experiences for advertisers that balance usability with power and control.
  • Leverage data to inform product decisions — from opportunity sizing to feature prioritization, A/B test design, and performance tracking.
  • Build advanced reporting, analytics, and optimization tools for advertisers to measure ROI and make smarter campaign decisions.
  • Partner with engineering and data platform teams to define scalable systems for audience targeting, bidding, attribution, and delivery.
  • Align internal teams (sales, ops, marketing) on go-to-market, enablement, and product education.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent in AdTech, Martech, or performance-based platforms.
  • Proven success in shipping customer-facing products that are both data-intensive and user-friendly.
  • Deep understanding of AdTech ecosystems: campaign lifecycle, targeting, measurement, attribution, real-time bidding, etc.
  • Strong UX instincts and experience working closely with design/research teams to develop elegant interfaces.
  • Highly analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Data/UX tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, HotJar, Qualtrics etc.) to analyze product usage and performance.
  • Nice to have : Comfortable working with data scientists and ML engineers to build predictive models, optimization engines, or insights dashboards.

We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager, Sales Enablement, to join the Vendor Sales & Operations team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

As part of our Vendor Product team, you will be at the core of building scalable solutions that empower our internal sales teams and streamline vendor lifecycle communication. You will lead initiatives that integrate external systems & platforms and CRMs into our ecosystem to fully automate sales workflows and enable operational excellence across 50+ countries.

  • Own a technically complex product area focused on sales automation, CRM integrations, and vendor communication tooling

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshdesk) and communication tools (e.g., Twilio, Five9, Aircall)
