Estamos buscando a un director de Diseño de Juegos perspicaz e innovador para integrarse al equipo directivo de nuestro Departamento de Innovación y contribuir a moldear el futuro de los juegos móviles. Este puesto requiere una persona con pensamiento estratégico y enfoque en el crecimiento, capaz de entender, anticipar y actuar según las tendencias del mercado para desarrollar conceptos de juegos con alto potencial. Reportará al director del Departamento de Innovación y ofrecerá orientación creativa y práctica para resolver problemas de los usuarios, optimizar el rendimiento y desarrollar juegos con éxito comercial.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Innovación a través del conocimiento del mercado: supervisar, analizar y anticipar las tendencias en la industria de los juegos móviles para impulsar la innovación interna e identificar conceptos de juegos con alto potencial de crecimiento.
  • Desarrollo de conceptos basado en datos: colaborar con los responsables de producto y diseñadores de juegos para encontrar soluciones centradas en el usuario, fundamentadas en datos; actuar como recurso para interpretar comentarios de los jugadores, análisis y métricas de desempeño de adquisición de usuarios (UA) con el fin de refinar y mejorar la jugabilidad y el diseño.
  • Mentalidad de estratega de crecimiento: aprovechar un enfoque de especialista en crecimiento para la adquisición de usuarios, reconociendo y actuando sobre oportunidades que impulsen el crecimiento del juego mediante conceptos innovadores, estrategias ágiles y toma de decisiones basada en datos.

Lo que estamos buscando

  • Experiencia: más de 10 años en el desarrollo de juegos móviles en funciones creativas o de I+D (más de 5 años como diseñador de juegos).
  • Trayectoria en juegos top-grossing: éxito comprobado en el desarrollo y lanzamiento de juegos móviles con éxito comercial.
  • Mentalidad orientada al crecimiento: gran comprensión de los principios de adquisición de usuarios, con un enfoque experimental para impulsar el crecimiento y la participación de los usuarios.
  • Comunicador eficaz: fuertes habilidades de comunicación para articular ideas, inspirar a los equipos y defender soluciones innovadoras de diseño.
  • Experiencia técnica: dominio de herramientas avanzadas de análisis, paneles de control de adquisición de usuarios (UA), sistemas complejos de economía in-game y modelado matemático.

The Mathematician works with artistic, executive producer and technical staff to create the game vision and player experience for video casino games.

Person would be working on the slot machine based game development for different market/regions.

The Game designer will do:

  • Participate in designing all aspects of a game design including entertainment, pacing, mathematical outcomes, and player communication.
  • Have meticulous attention to detail to achieve optimal math models.
  • Generate initial and final excel-based math models and combination sheets.
  • Test mathematical outcomes to assure quality and that accurate calculations are achieved (through excel).

Short Term Goals:

  • Understand the game design concepts for multiple products in the games portfolio
  • Understand and Deliver mathematical design documents for assigned projects and follow its full implementation through the development process

Long Term Goals:

  • This position will work to create great games by designing player experience and mathematics model for multiple games.
  • There would be some on the job training opportunities to enhance domain expertize.

What We're Looking For

  • 1 to 3 years Bachelors / Masters in Mathematics/ Btech in Mathematics & Computing

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with statistical model and proficient in Excel.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Art Lead to drive the artistic vision, execution, and team management for our Innovation Lab. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the creative direction of new games and ensure seamless coordination between internal and external teams while maintaining high artistic and technical standards.  

As an Art Lead, you will play a pivotal role in influencing and shaping the game’s creative vision, art execution, and overall player experience—from early ideation to market launch. You will partner closely with the Art Director, Product Directors, Game Designers, Engineers, and Project Managers to ensure the successful development, iteration, and release of compelling mobile games.  

Beyond delivering stunning visuals, this role is about strategy, leadership, and innovation. In addition to developing and refining the art direction, pipeline workflows, and team strategy, you will mentor and guide a team of talented artists across multiple workstreams, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for the your artists professional and personal growth as well as bringing the team together and drive the team spirit and collaboration culture.

  • Own and drive the creative direction for the game, ensuring all artistic elements align with business objectives and player experience goals.
  • Influence and shape the game’s visual style from concept through launch, ensuring a cohesive look, feel, and tone of voice.
  • Champion innovation by exploring and implementing new visual approaches that enhance gameplay and engagement.
  • Ensure artistic consistency and quality across all assets, balancing high-fidelity visuals with clarity and gameplay readability.

Team Leadership & Management

The estimated base salary range for this role is $168,000 - $210,000. The Commercial Counsel will provide guidance on a variety of commercial legal issues, including by drafting and negotiating  Order Forms, Master Service Agreements and Data Privacy Agreements, and responding to compliance related requests  from internal parties, clients and other external parties. The Commercial Counsel is a high-impact role in which you will become a trusted advisor to key stakeholders while utilizing a diverse skillset in contract negotiation, critical thinking and problem-solving. Responsibilities:

  • Independently review, draft and negotiate customer SaaS agreements, including MSAs, Order Forms, DPAs and NDAs, while identifying and managing risk for the company.

Qualifications:

  • A JD from an accredited law school with admission to a state bar
  • 3+ years of legal experience, with focus on drafting and negotiating SaaS, software licensing, and other technology related contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs.
  • Solid understanding of commercial contract terms (e.g., intellectual property rights, indemnification, and limitations of liability) and the ability to translate that understanding into redlines and articulate in negotiations.
  • Basic knowledge of data privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA; experience in negotiating Data Privacy Agreements is a plus.
