The Games Operations Engineer plays a critical role in managing and deploying game and configuration releases. This position ensures timely updates, seamless operator integrations, and efficient content distribution. It requires close collaboration across teams to maintain quality, reliability, and performance in game delivery processes.

What You'll Do

Game & Configuration Management

  • Game Releases: Plan, schedule, and complete game releases, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Configuration Oversight: Handle game settings, metadata, and digital configurations to optimize user experience and performance.
  • BAU Operations: Support ongoing business operations by applying updates and patches with minimal disruption.

Market & Operator Support

  • Integration Support: Facilitate the onboarding of new markets and operators, ensuring technical compatibility and operational readiness.
  • Technical Assistance: Fix and resolve issues during connection setups, offering hands-on support to operators and markets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear and proactive communication with all market and operator collaborators.

Content Management

  • Content Enablement: Coordinate the release and activation of third-party, Ignite, and in-house content according to planned schedules.
  • Configuration Setup: Define stakes, features, and gameplay parameters to ensure high-quality, compliant game experiences.
  • Release Coordination: Partner with content developers and creators to prepare content for seamless deployment.

Team Collaboration

  • Task Management: Work closely with Games Operations Coordinators to align task distribution with roadmap priorities.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for internal critical issues and requests, ensuring swift resolution.
  • multi-functional Support: Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to drive unified, successful releases.

System Maintenance

  • Script Management: Maintain and improve content distribution scripts for both in-house and Ignite content.
  • Monitoring: Proactively monitor systems for errors or inefficiencies during release cycles.
  • Process Optimization: Implement continuous improvements based on feedback and post-release reviews.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • Prior experience in game operations or a similar gaming industry role is helpful.
  • Familiarity with content distribution and management systems is a plus.

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and time management abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective team coordination and prioritization skills.
  • Strong trouble shooting skills

Technical Competency

  • Experience with release automation and build systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office tools.

The Senior Global Integrated Planner is entrusted to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external planning partners. This position is charged with making independent and high -impact decisions in complex situations. The business impact on the demand planning requires communicating those decisions to stakeholders, identifying and resolving forecast variances, ensuring the availability of inventory considering internal and external capacities, and supporting the allocation of inventory. This person will be highly analytical and quantitative in nature and have a keen ability to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes. What You'll Do

  • Establish a broad and depth of knowledge and relationships across different parts of the organization, including commercial sales, finance, manufacturing, and others.
  • Develop supplier, industry, technology, and manufacturing process understanding to support planning and analysis strategies.
  • Enhance depth of knowledge of the total planning process, including demand planning, supply planning, new product introduction, material planning, and the S&OP process.
  • Lead and influence business unit leadership to generate a consensus demand plan, assist in the development of annual plans, reconcile them with monetized demand plans, and communicate any gaps between the plans. Address input gaps identified by forecast error, bias, and volatility.
  • Discover and interpret relevant data to determine optimal demand and supply strategies, create and deliver timely integrated plans, investigate challenges, conduct root cause assessments, and recommend solutions.
  • Evaluate buying patterns for key products and predict how the company should react to product phase-in, phase out, warranty, availability, demand shifts, promotions, events, and competitive products.
  • Assess the impact of promotions and events on demand, using what-if analysis to create scenarios and recommendations.
  • Define and drive an out-of-cycle demand variance realignment process if required.
  • Partner with various cross-functional teams on supply and demand impacts such as new product launches, demand shifts, promotions, end of life, and other events.
  • Develop and support regular performance and metric reporting for key stakeholders.
  • Direct supply delivery timing and collaborate on inventory expedited requirements.
  • Lead demand and supply strategies and respond to changing forecasts to maintain inventory targets, improve efficiencies, and maintain/improve forecasted costs.
  • Lead discussions and develop presentations for internal and external partners and stakeholders.

$110,938 - $206,027 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

The Associate Manufacturing Engineer performs a crucial role on the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) team at the Tulsa Integration Center (TIC). The Manager of Talent Enablement and Learning Capability is responsible for implementing talent and learning strategies that improve organizational performance, employee growth, and leadership development. The role involves maintaining and expanding core talent practices such as succession planning, talent pipelines, and identifying top talent across the global enterprise. This role is part of the Talent Center of Excellence and works with P&C Business Partners, business leaders, Centers of Excellence, and subject matter experts to create and sustain strong talent practices and promote continuous learning.

The role supports the Director of Talent Enablement and Learning Capability and may assist with projects led by the Heads of Enterprise Learning, Experience Engagement and Culture, and Compliance Training Governance.

The candidate should have experience in talent management and learning. The position focuses on project management, design execution, and facilitation to ensure the success of talent and learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent and Performance Enablement

  • Collaborate with the Director of Talent Practices and Performance Enablement and Workday Systems team to develop, implement, and lead talent management and performance initiatives.
  • Lead execution for performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent assessments (e.g., talent reviews, succession planning, critical role identification, etc.).
  • Partner with the Talent Analyst to analyze data on talent and performance enablement practices, identifying trends and recommending improvements to ensure alignment with business goals and employee development.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of talent and learning initiatives.
  • Implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve initiative execution.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying them to processes where appropriate.

Learning Needs Analysis and Execution of Learning Programs

  • Provide logistical support and, when required, assist with facilitating learning programs to ensure successful regional execution.
  • Assist with conducting learning needs analysis to identify regional skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Offer insights from regional talent practices to develop targeted learning initiatives that address specific workforce needs.
  • Ensure regional initiatives align with enterprise-wide programs and contribute to overall talent development strategy.

Talent and Learning Operational Support

  • Plan, manage, and execute talent and learning initiatives to ensure timely delivery within scope.
  • Create tools and resources to support employees and leaders with talent and learning initiatives
  • Ensure processes are efficient and effective, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, monitor progress, and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of data from talent and learning programs and provide regular reports to stakeholders as appropriate.

Communication and Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of project status and any changes.
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions with cross-functional teams to gather input and provide updates on project progress.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all levels of internal stakeholders to support smooth project execution.

  • 6+ years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or related HR functions
  • Strong experience managing and optimizing configurations and reports of Talent Management processes within Workday or HCM modules, including performance, succession planning, goal setting, and talent reviews

$105,350 - $195,650 per year
