You will be working together with other product analysts and data scientists embedded in our games team. You will have a key role in defining, extracting and actioning product data from big datasets. Thus, covering the full scope of data mining to reporting. In addition, you will also be responsible to show the impact of product data via dashboards and/or other means of visualisations to key partners throughout the company.

This role is intended to strengthen the craft of analytics in Product Madness and to ensure the game teams are making informed decisions based on actionable insights. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate with product and game teams to integrate game tracking, capturing player data for improved insights.
- Form new insights and perspectives that advise decisions and help us continue to delight the people playing our games.
- Produce reports and deliver insights that have an impact on the strategic direction of our games and the game roadmap.
- Work with game teams and DWH to produce end to end data pipelines that empower end users.
- Work closely with teams responsible for product development and gaming to develop reports and supervise daily goals.
- Investigating issues in the Production environment, analysing and optimising existing product features and A/B tests.
- Apply creative thinking towards crafting, testing, verifying, and implementing solutions.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a product or data analyst role
- Strong SQL and Excel skills
- Experience of standard reporting tools such as Looker/QlikView/Tableau/Power BI etc.
- Working experience setting up and analyzing A/B-tests would be desirable
- Strong in mathematics and quantitative analysis with a passion for numbers and data
- Interested in gaming and the mobile game industry, any experience in these industries would be helpful

We are in search of a hardworking, customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our upbeat team in Field Operations. As a Field Service Technician for Aristocrat Gaming, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, converting, installing, maintaining, repairing, and removing gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers with little assistance. You will bring immediate value to the organization by ensuring the seamless operation of our customers’ gaming facilities through timely and efficient technical support.
This is an entry-level position. You will complete a robust, hands-on, and virtual training program throughout your first 6 months.
What You’ll Do
- Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
- Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
- Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues.
- Complete Pre-Site Surveys, follow the schedule, and perform service activities assigned.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and follow the parts inventory process.
- Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation.
- Report on trends, needs, and service challenges.
- Review pre-install documents to determine if parts will be needed to complete the installation.
- Gather and report accurately on service activities by using field service management reporting tools.

Senior Analyst – Payment & Audit Team is responsible for the accurate and timely payments using three (3) ERP systems and multi global banks. This role guarantees that all invoices undergo auditing before payment following company controls, policies, and procedures. The role is essential for ensuring detailed and punctual payments. This role may also be required to support the end-to-end Accounts Payable process which includes Invoicing PO & Non-PO, Vendor Management and Employee expenses.
What You'II Do:
- Handle and review payments across various global regions: Americas, ANZ, APAC, and EMEA.
- Prepare, schedule, and complete weekly and ad hoc payment runs using D365, Microsoft Dynamics, and SAGE.

The Game Operations Director leads all live operations across two games: Big Fish Casino (BFC) and Jackpot Magic Slots (JMS). What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Define and communicate the long-term GameOps strategy for BFC and JMS in alignment with product strategic pillars and commercial goals.
- Set annual and quarterly objectives for GameOps and ensure they support revenue, direct to consumer (DTC) share, and player satisfaction.
- Lead the content lifecycle plan, ensuring both apps have fresh, relevant programming across the calendar year.

Live Operations Ownership

Performance and Experimentation

- Oversee AB testing within GameOps and ensure tests are structured, data-driven, and aligned to material business outcomes.

- Lead and develop a high-performing team of GameOps Managers.
- Champion collaboration between GameOps, Product, Production, Creative, Engineering, Marketing, and Slot Strategy.

Pay Range
$62,000- $82,000 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
