• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de jeu pour répondre à ses besoins quotidiens en matière de données
• Fournir les informations nécessaires pour optimiser les fonctionnalités existantes et créer de nouvelles fonctionnalités de jeu
• Partager vos résultats avec les équipes jeux et l’ensemble de la communauté de Product Madness
• Créer des rapports pour nous aider à atteindre tous nos indicateurs clés de performance quotidiens dans des domaines tels que l’engagement des joueurs ou la monétisation
• Surveiller le comportement en constante évolution des joueurs exposés aux événements de GameOps et aux tests A/B

As part of game development team, you will be translating game logic into math models, documenting game logic and rules, as well as working with prototypers and/or engineers in resolving analytics discrepancies. your primary responsibility will be creating and validating math models and simulations for Aristocrat slot games delivered on multiple channels (Android, IOS, Facebook)

As a core member of the team, you are expected to help the team clear the roadblocks and develop in-depth understanding of game math and design.

About The Role

This position is part of the Service Delivery team responsible for local and onsite user support, training, and project delivery. The successful individual will provide advanced technical assistance and consultation on various IT platforms, acting as an escalation resource for prompt troubleshooting and solutions in line with Global IT Operations procedures.

In addition, this role includes key responsibilities aligned with a centralised global shared service desk, such as:

Pay Range

$17.61 - $32.71 per hour

• Experiencia trabajando en canales de compra de medios (Google, DSPs, etc.)
• Experiencia con los canales de resegmentación
• Comprensión de mediciones (SKAN, Payback, etc.)
• Diseñar, crear, gestionar y optimizar campañas de adquisición de usuarios (UA) para nuestros juegos móviles
• Profundizar en los detalles del análisis de rendimiento en curso, creativo y A/B tests de segmentación con sus cuentas de administración
• Trabajar en colaboración con varios equipos dentro de la organización
• Llevar a cabo una investigación competitiva y a nivel macro manteniéndose informado sobre los cambios en la industria que afectan el éxito general de nuestras compras de medios
• Identificar, desarrollar y analizar los indicadores clave de rendimiento
• Ejecutar A/B tests en curso sobre diferentes parámetros de actividad

Lo que estamos buscando

​

• Experiencia en adquisición de usuarios móviles es imprescindible (contar con experiencia en juegos es una ventaja)
• Dominio de Excel con habilidades avanzadas en tablas dinámicas, Vlookup y fórmulas calculadas
• Experiencia colaborando con socios de medición
• Analítico/a, con iniciativa propia y orientación al trabajo colaborativoCapacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, con excelentes habilidades de gestión del tiempo
• Excelente nivel de inglés, tanto escrito como hablado

• Understanding of measurement (SKAN, Payback etc)
• Design, create, manage and optimise UA campaigns for our mobile games
• Deep-dive into the details of ongoing performance analysis, creative & targeting A/B tests with its accounts housekeeping
• Collaboratively work with various teams within the broader organisation
• Conduct competitive and macro-level research by staying informed on industry changes that impact the overall success of our media buying
• Identify, develop and analyze key performance indicators
• Run on-going A/B testing on different activity parameters
• Provide creative copy suggestions and advert ideas

• Experience in Mobile User Acquisition is a must (Gaming is an advantage)
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Calculated Formulas)
• Experience working with Measurement partners

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Data-Driven mindset and Creative thinking, with an ability to read & understand data.
