Product Manager (Customer Experience/Service Design)

The candidate will report to the Customer Experience Management Director within the CEC. The candidate will act as the lead Product Manager for one or more customer experience, service delivery or service request systems. System examples might include service ticketing, customer surveying, knowledge management, chat, or customer relationship management (CRM). The candidate will work closely with the technologists who are system owners, as well as service providers across the CAO. The candidate will work on other Customer Experience projects as applicable.

Candidate Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of relevant work experience in product ownership or product management, or 4-5 years of relevant work experience. 
  • Experience in multiple project management methodologies from waterfall to agile/scrum. 
  • Experience working on product development teams with developers, designers, stakeholders, and business owners. 
  • Experience with project management and agile development software (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, MS Project). 
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Teams and SharePoint

  •  The Product Manager will be responsible for supporting the Customer Experience Management team’s work to improve and standardize CAO customer service experiences and digital service delivery platforms
  •  The candidate will work in a collaborative multi-team environment with various CAO service providers, our technology partners, system owners, and other business units. This person may act in the role of Product Manager for one or more systems
  •  Manage collaborative product plans and roadmaps for the systems being managed
  •  Help craft a customer-centric product vision for the system and its integration into other existing or new systems (e.g., Intranet, CRM)
  •  Coordinate product backlog meetings with the technical team and manage issue tracking
  •  Assist with prioritization of product updates for development cycles
  •  Assist with user testing (UAT) of new features
  •  Coordinate product plans and features to customers, peers, and leadership
  •  Operate as the Product Owner role in an Agile development team in cooperation with designers, developers, testers, and other project roles
  •  Perform as a Project Manager for major initiatives and feature development when necessary

The Java Developer role includes creating user information solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining Java based components and interfaces. This position requires a person who can independently design, develop, and implement solutions as per the use case descriptions and design specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Consults with the supervisor, systems analysts, other programmers, and end users to gather information about program intent, functions, features, data requirements, input requirements, output requirements, internal and external checks and controls, hardware and operating system environment, and interfaces with other systems. 
  • Designs or writes program specifications based on consultations with supervisor, systems analysts, other programmers, and end users. 
  • Converts designs and specifications into computer code. 
  • Compiles code into programs and corrects errors detected in compile process. 
  • Creates test transactions and runs tests to find errors and confirms program meets specifications. 
  • Analyzes code to find causes of errors and revises programs. 
  • Designs and codes layouts for onscreen user interfaces, printed outputs, and interfaces with other systems. 
  • Review user and technical documentation written by others to confirm consistency with program operations. 
  • Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with programs. 
  • Revises program for corrections, enhancements, or system environment changes.

About The Role

At Chime, we’re building financial products that empower everyday people to thrive. The Role

Responsibilities

  • Work cross functionally to develop a comprehensive vision, strategy, and roadmaps
  • Drive execution of the roadmap in collaboration with partner teams: making trade-offs and ensuring frequent and clear communication
  • Partner with other product teams to design features that help members recover and restore their LinkedIn accounts
  • Drive global product requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancements
  • Clearly communicate member needs, opportunities, risks, and more with cross functional teams and executive leadership

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Former work experience in a technology-related field (especially AI/ML)
  • Experience working in the trust and safety domain (especially adversarial scopes)
  • Experience building web products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development, and launch
  • Strong understanding of the most recent trends around consumer web usage and technologies including experience with social media and generative AI
  • Experience collaborating with Legal, Business Development, and Investigations teams
  • Excellent communication skills (including with executives) and ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

The pay range for this role is 146,000 to 238,000. About the Role

We are seeking a versatile Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team. The Role & Responsibilities

As the Engineering Manager for the Platform Team, you'll lead a talented group of engineers responsible for the technical foundation that powers our financial products. You'll oversee our infrastructure, deployment systems, developer experience initiatives, DevOps practices, monitoring solutions, and the development of critical shared components.

You'll collaborate closely with product engineering teams to understand their needs and create infrastructure and technical solutions that enable them to deliver features efficiently. You'll help establish and enforce coding standards, testing practices, and architectural patterns that ensure consistency and quality across our codebase.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a team of platform engineers, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 3+ years of engineering management experience, ideally with experience leading both product engineering and platform/infrastructure teams
  • Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD systems
  • Experience building and shipping customer-facing products using Java backend services and React/React Native applications
  • Background in designing and implementing shared components and libraries used across multiple products

  • Experience designing and implementing high-performance backend systems and cross-functional central projects.
  • Strong background in cloud computing and microservices architecture, preferably with Google Cloud (GCP).
  • Solid understanding of message brokers, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous communication (e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ).
  • Experience designing and documenting APIs, data models, and system integrations using OpenAPI 3.0.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, AI-powered architectural solutions.
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI and backend development (e.g., Java, Python, C#, Ruby or JavaScript).
  • Experience working within Agile development methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to explain AI and automation concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in automation projects.
  • Previous experience in the gaming industry or a strong passion for game development.
  • Proficiency in Unity game development workflows and its integration with AI/automation solutions.
  • Strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, or similar) and their application in game development or backend automation.

We are currently looking for a QA Manual Engineer to be part of our Infra & Core team!

What You'll do:

  • Take responsibility from the spec phase to post-production support
  • Testing bugs management - open including logs, videos screenshots etc., track, retest and close including
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Take an active role in version testing and pre-release processes
  • Plan, analyze, design new test cases
  • Investigate test failures and open a bugs
  • Investigate customer issues

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience writing tests
  • Practical experience with REST/GRPC API – a must
  • Practical experience in creating SQL queries – a must ​
  • Experience in writing test documents (STD) — a must
  • Experience writing clear and comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
  • Experience with logs analyzing - a must
  • Clear Understanding of client server architecture;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience in C# - advantage;
  • Experience in Automation - advantage;
  • English upper intermediate (international team)
