Buscamos un artista con talento para unirse como UI Art Lead en uno de nuestros títulos principales, Cashman Casino, en Product Madness. En este puesto, serás responsable de crear y mantener la interfaz de usuario del juego desde la concepción inicial hasta su implementación.

Liderarás y gestionarás un pequeño equipo de artistas con mucho talento. Establecerás una visión clara, fomentarás confianza, proporcionarás comentarios constructivos y serás consciente de las metas y necesidades de cada artista, ayudarás a establecer un camino bien definido para que todos alcancen sus objetivos.

También trabajarás junto a diseñadores de UX, artistas técnicos, desarrolladores y jefes de producto para garantizar que la interfaz de usuario respalde la experiencia del juego. Colaborarás con el equipo de producción para desarrollar planes de ejecución de alto nivel y serás responsable de la puesta en práctica de la estrategia.

Como UI Art Lead, desarrollarás el aspecto visual general y el estilo del juego, equilibrando la satisfacción visual con la claridad del juego para asegurar una experiencia insuperable. Sabrás cuándo mejorar la calidad visual donde el jugador lo notará y cuándo reducirla donde no;  en ocasiones te involucrarás de manera práctica y contribuirás al estándar de calidad artística.

Lo que estamos buscando

  • Experiencia y flexibilidad en el uso de herramientas líderes de desarrollo de UI, desde Photoshop hasta Figma
  • Experiencia en procesos de delegación de responsabilidades: creación de documentación, exportación de recursos y presentación del trabajo
  • Buena capacidad para perfeccionar tareas, establecer prioridades y diseñar planes de trabajo y cronogramas
  • Experiencia en la mentoría de otros diseñadores de UI y apoyo para su crecimiento profesional
  • Habilidad para trabajar en proyectos de Unity, desde la entrega hasta la integración de recursos
  • Capacidad para analizar interfaces existentes y proponer mejoras
  • Capacidad para crear prototipos funcionales
  • Buen conocimiento del mercado de juegos casuales modernos y de las tendencias actuales en UI
  • Sólida comprensión de los principios de UX
  • Conocimientos básicos de ilustración, incluyendo proporción, composición y color
  • Nivel profesional de inglés

Te incorporarás como Product Owner dentro del departamento de innovación. Este equipo se centra en I+D y en el desarrollo de nuevos juegos móviles. Como Product Owner, liderarás la visión, el desarrollo y la mejora continua de nuestro producto, colaborando con los equipos y las demás partes involucradas.

Lo que harás (en este puesto):

  • Establecer una visión compartida del producto entre el equipo y las partes interesadas.
  • Redactar especificaciones funcionales, historias de usuario y documentos de requisitos (PRDs).
  • Asumir la responsabilidad del calendario a largo plazo del desarrollo del juego, utilizando métricas del rendimiento del equipo y del backlog del producto. Priorizar y refinar continuamente el backlog.
  • Participar en todas las reuniones Scrum. Aceptar o rechazar los resultados del sprint.
  • Asegurarse de que los elementos del backlog estén correctamente vinculados con sus funcionalidades o dependencias, y que estén bien definidos, dimensionados y priorizados.
  • Gestionar la propiedad de cada funcionalidad a lo largo de todo su ciclo de vida: desde el concepto hasta el lanzamiento, incluyendo análisis continuo y fases de optimización.

  • Conocimientos sólidos y experiencia práctica en metodologías ágiles serán valorados positivamente.

Role overview

As the Senior Revenue Accountant, you will be responsible for performing accurate and timely procedures related to revenue recognition and financial reporting. You will assist with a variety of tasks relating to the recording of revenue and deferred revenue, monthly account reconciliations, variance analysis, as well as assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed. You will be responsible for conducting and maintaining processes that are efficient, transparent, and result in the production of accurate financial statement results. The Senior Revenue Accountant works under the general direction of the Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting and other senior team members.

What you'll do

  • Drive detailed analysis as required to ensure accuracy of data within the financial reporting systems
  • Prepare reconciliations and analysis by product type and locations, identify variances, and resolve
  • Support the monthly close process adhering to specific tasks and timelines
  • Review contracts to ensure revenue and related accounts are presented accurately according to ASC 606
  • Assist with establishing third-party data requirements for reconciliations and analysis
  • Partner closely with Enterprise Applications, Product/Pricing, FP&A, and other Finance Operations and Sales teams
  • Identify, create and implement process improvements and drive automation initiatives
  • Prepare technical accounting memos that align with GAAP and support strategic business decisions
  • Prepare and own internal revenue controls
  • Identify and raise key risk areas to members of the SOX team
  • Work closely with enterprise applications team to build and test system configurations based on provided requirements and use cases
  • Lead ad-hoc accounting/finance projects and support other accounting areas as needed

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • 2+ years of public accounting experience required; Big 4 or reputable regional firm strongly preferred

  • CPA preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (pivot tables, xlookup, sumifs, index match, etc.)

We are seeking a passionate, customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our energetic team in Field Operations. As a Field Service Technician for Aristocrat Gaming, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, converting, installing, maintaining, repairing, and removing gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers with little assistance. You will be an immediate value add to the organization by ensuring the seamless operation of our customer’s gaming facilities by providing timely and efficient technical support.

This is an entry-level position. You will complete a robust, hands-on, and virtual training program throughout your first 6 months.

Job Requirements

  • Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
  • Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
  • Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues.
  • Complete Pre-Site Surveys, follow a schedule, and perform service activities assigned.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and follow the parts inventory process.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Business Information Systems (BIS) by serving as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the delivery team(s). You will be responsible for understanding business needs, prioritizing requirements, and documenting bugs or defects identified as an outcome of investigation into a user query, in applicable software development management tools. What You'll Do

  • Develop a partnership with stakeholders across various departments to gather and prioritize business requirements.
  • Partner with the application owner to prioritize user stories, bugs, and enhancements based on business value.
  • Collaborate with the Application Owner and business stakeholders, create and manage a product backlog, ensuring that it accurately reflects the most current business priorities.
  • Be a subject matter expert for compliance processes, work closely with development teams, and provide clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Partner with project managers, developers, and QA teams to plan and coordinate product releases.

  • Manage full-cycle queries from within the Compliance function and from other users interacting with compliance systems. This includes identifying and resolving test problems with engineering, compliance, and regulatory agencies.
  • Support implementing process measurement by comparing operational system data to Signavio processes.
  • Support release management, including risk assessment and contingency planning.
  • Interact with various stakeholders from across the business, attend meetings and present ideas, and help develop solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent, preferred .
  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in finding solutions to process/technical issues.
  • Business Analysis certification such as IIBA or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) is preferred
  • Experience with software development lifecycles and multiple releases of enterprise-class software products.

The Financial Analyst will be part of the Group Financial Planning & Reporting team for Aristocrat Interactive. About the Role

As Senior Mechanical Design Engineer you will develop design solutions for interior systems from concept phase through physical implementation utilizing multiple manufacturing processes. Interior sub-systems include seating, beds, interior trim, storage and kitchen consoles, flooring and interior partitions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute mechanical designs for vehicle interior fittings, seating and convertible bed systems, and interior trim, from conception through prototyping and production, selecting manufacturing technologies well matched to program volumes and in line with vehicle cost and performance targets.
  • Develop and release design data and documentation to adequately specify subsystem content at RFQ, prototype and production release phases.
  • Support selection of suppliers and act as primary contact for vehicle interior component suppliers through the DFM, prototyping, and production readiness phases.
  • Plan and carry out component and subsystem level testing to validate designs and identify opportunities for design improvement throughout the phases.
  • Provide input into, and support the execution of system and vehicle level testing as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS mechanical/aerospace engineering or similar (MS preferred)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience designing and engineering similar products, taking them from concept to production manufacturing, ideally in a lower volume environment
  • Relevant prior experience in automotive or aerospace design/engineering, including interior trim, seating, BIW, or aero cabin monument design
  • Familiarity with DFM for one or more of the following: sheet metal, molded parts, CNC machined components, honeycomb panel construction

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Team Lead to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our product offerings in the competitive social casino market. What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product marketing, preferably in the gaming or social casino games industry.

The Counsel – White Label, iGaming, and Sports is responsible to assist with providing legal support to all aspects of the White Label, iGaming, and Sports businesses, including but not limited to the working on commercial transactions. Business Unit Support:

  • Serve as a legal partner for the White Label business as directed by the Senior Counsel – White Label.
  • Serve as a legal partner for the iGaming and Sports business as directed by the Assistant General Counsel – iGaming & Sports.
  • Provide accurate and timely legal services to business partners, including analyzing, researching, reviewing, interpretation, dispute resolution, drafting, and negotiating.
  • Assist with the assessment of proposed transactions and the development of deal structures to minimize legal and business risks.

As a Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering technical support and service excellence across customer sites. Working closely with the Service Manager and wider Field Services team, you’ll be responsible for providing a full range of technical support, including the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electronic gaming machines.

What You'll Do

Customer & Technical Service

  • Perform scheduled tasks, preventative maintenance (PM), break/fix repairs, and system diagnostics on-site.
  • Perform equipment installation, removal, upgrades, modifications, and game changes to gaming equipment at customer sites, including when venues are closed to the public.
  • Investigate and resolve problems, including complex system faults, and perform necessary repair work.
  • Respond to service calls promptly and professionally to meet customer expectations and SLA requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with venue staff and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Accurately capture and report all activities using Aristocrat’s field service management tools.
  • Ensure real-time data entry and 100% accuracy of service records, tasks, and inventory.
  • Record all part usage and ensure returns are completed per ATA's SLA and compliance standards.
  • Assist with internal service reporting and respond to departmental requests when required.

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Have a deep understanding and handling of visual design with a passion for polish and an expert eye for detail.
  • Have exposure to Prompting, vibe coding, Figma (and other relevant tools) for both design and prototyping.
  • Be a skilled systems thinker with the ability to contribute back to our design systems library.
  • Have excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate positions to influence and engage partners with new design thinking.
  • Have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking practices.

$124 000,00

Maximum

$271 200,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
